Hey, hey, morning. Thank you for joining me today. I'm Erica Hoke. I'm a fertility coach. And if you don't know my story, at 35, I was told a 1% chance of getting pregnant without donor eggs. Now I am the mom of 4 wild little boys. One's more like a young man than a little boy, but I haven't quite come to terms with that. So today, uh, the topic that we're talking about is How to— oh boy, let me get, let me get there so that I make sure that I say it right. When your cycle doesn't cooperate, adjusting to an irregular cycle because of illness or something else that affected your cycle. Um, so a lot of my clients end up coming to me because of this. So if you are, um, if you're experiencing disruption in your cycle and it's irregular, especially if this is some— lots of us have dealt with irregular cycles throughout our life for a variety of different reasons, but some people, their cycle gets, uh, thrown off because maybe they had a miscarriage, maybe seizure, or maybe they had an illness like that's been going around lately. Um, And, uh, they, they don't know how to get back on track. So let's talk about ways to get back on track. Um, the first thing that I would tell you is if you're having an irregular cycle and any of these things that I previously applied to you, seek out a doctor of acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine doctor who acupuncture to help regulate your cycles. That was something that I had to utilize, not for cycle regularity, but some of the symptoms that I had, and it worked tremendously well. So helped me a lot. So find a doctor of acupuncture and fertility. So I'm going to list these out for you. We don't have time to talk about them all today because there's a lot of different things that you can do. So I encourage you to research. You can also hop into my free Facebook group where we talk about things like this and how to improve your cycle and egg quality and additional testing. That's Infertility Empowered. But one of the things that you can do is dry brushing. That's exactly— it's— it is exactly what it sounds like. You take a brush and you do dry brushing on your skin, and there's a whole I'm doing things with my hands, done and see. But there's a whole process to how you, uh, can do dry brushing and the direction that you should be brushing, that sort of thing. But the thing that dry brushing is, is it stimulates your lymphatic system, and that's what we're trying to do. Okay, um, so you can also, uh, ask your fertility doctor, um, your acupuncture fertility doctor for Gua Sha, which is a, um, a deep— it's like a deep penetrating, um, tool that they can help break up, um, stagnation is what they call it in your muscles. Like, I have really tight shoulders and that stagnation in my muscles, so it helps with that, and that will move things along. Simple things. That will help regulate your cycle and that will help stimulate your lymphatic system, like lemon water. If you're unfamiliar with the benefits of lemon water or lemon with essential oil, um, essential oil that's approved for ingestion is what I was trying to say. Lemon is water, especially first thing in the morning, very, very beneficial to your whole body system. Your reproductive system, your gut, and your lymphatic system as well. Trying to do is we're just trying to open detox ways. Another thing that you can do is take an Epsom salt bath. If you have essential oils and you can throw them in there, then that's super beneficial. But a good Epsom salt soak— do not get the ones that say lavender them because that's all synthetic lavender, which is not— don't recommend, zero stars. And then the last thing that you can do to help open up those pathways and detox your lymphatic system and get your cycle back on the right track is humic acid and fulvic acid. Sorry, had to look at it twice. Fulvic acid. And you can buy those as supplements. Um, but you can also get them from vegetables that are root vegetables, like potatoes and radishes and that sort of thing. So those are my tips today for getting your cycle back on track. Like I mentioned, I have this free support group where we all get together and ask these kinds of things and support each other. The link is in the comments. Health and blessings to you guys. Bye-bye.
