It is a single-speaker health/wellness monologue giving fertility-focused dietary advice aimed at people trying to conceive (especially those over 35 or undergoing IVF/IUI or experiencing miscarriage). The presenter recommends eliminating or reducing coffee, corn syrup, and alcohol (wine), citing concerns about pesticide residues, molds (ochratoxin), and negative impacts on gut, kidney, and liver health. Practical tips include choosing organic/small-batch coffee, grinding beans yourself, hydrating with lemon water to reduce acidity, and avoiding conventionally produced corn syrup and sugary sodas. The speaker notes a posting schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday EST).

Here we are on another week, and I am here to tell you about 3 different foods that I strongly encourage you to take a look at eliminating in your diet if you are trying to get pregnant. Now, some people will say, as we go through these, "Do I really need to do that?" Like, this is kind of my Myth Busting Monday series, okay? Do I really need to do that? So if you're a young, healthy 25-year-old with no fertility problems, maybe not. If you're over 35, if you're going through IVF and IUI, if you're already experiencing miscarriage loss, if you're struggling with fertility issues, these 3 foods to eliminate could really contribute to your overall health in a significant way. So I'm gonna just go for the jugular right now. Right off the bat. So you're not gonna like this, probably, if you're an American watching this. I'm going for your coffee, okay? The reason why we want to eliminate coffee is not because of the caffeine. It's not because of the caffeine, okay? Everybody thinks, "Oh, she's gonna tell me to stop drinking coffee because the caffeine, and there's not that much caffeine, and I only have 1 cup a day, and could it really matter?" There's a ton of reasons why coffee is not your friend when you're trying to get pregnant. So, uh, one of them is a mold found in coffee called an ochocyte. So an ochocyte is a mold. Coffee is very heavily sprayed, up to 250 independent chemicals. It's the most concentrated sprayed crop in the world. So we have a lot of pesticide residue, um, and these molds that we're learning about that affect our overall health. So coffee affects your gut health, and these— this mold affects your, um, kidneys, you guys. It affects your kidneys. Your kidneys are crucial I'm gonna make an adjustment here. Your kidneys are crucial to your fertility, okay? You've heard me talk about this before. Super important, okay? So if you're doing everything that you can, if you're looking to make changes, it's not eliminating coffee, but Starbucks, not your friend. Find a clean, small batch roasted coffee. A local coffee is what I'm trying to say. Look for something like that. Grind your own beans, that sort of thing. Take a little bit more of a holistic approach to choosing a better coffee that you can— that's sustainable, organic, not sprayed as much, that sort of thing. Okay. So we're, we're moving on from coffee. I know everybody is probably on the floor because if you tell people to stop drinking coffee, they, they fall over. But the second thing that I would say to you would be corn syrup. So eliminating corn syrup from your diet is super important, kind of for the same reasons as coffee. So corn syrup is corn Conventionally non-organic, conventionally produced corn is also heavily, heavily, heavily sprayed. One of the most sprayed crops on the planet, like coffee. And so, when you take the corn syrup, the concentration of those chemicals are in the corn syrup. So again, we're talking about gut health issues, right? Pesticides, gut health issues, killing off your good gut health and microbiome in your gut and that sort of thing. So the third thing, probably know what I'm gonna say, is alcohol and wine specifically. So again, if you're going to have a glass of wine now and again, it's more important important that you find a good organic pesticide-free. But even, even so, okay, if you're struggling with infertility, your body is talking to you, okay? Something— there's a disruption, and we've got to get to the bottom of that disruption. And in order to do that, we have to give our body a break, okay? So, um, like, uh, coffee, alcohol, wine is acidic. Uh, it's not great for your gut health. It's not great for your other organs like your liver. Um, and so those are the things, those are the implications. It's not just coffee, it's not just wine, it's not just soda. The soda is the sugar, but it's also the corn syrup and the dyes and things like that. So these are systematic influencers in your body. They're not just affecting your gut health, they're affecting your kidneys, They're affecting your liver. They're affecting your gut, okay? So we wanna eliminate those things, those 3 things. Coffee, sorry, or pick a good one. I will say that, pick a good one and make sure that you're hydrating well around your coffee and you're doing something like adding something that will create some alkalinity in your body instead of all this acidity. We wake up acidic and then we drink our first cup of coffee and then we just spike that through the roof. So my tip for you would be to— this is a video for another day, but I'm gonna say it anyway— drink a glass of water with some lemon in it in the morning. That's gonna help you return to a state of alkalinity, and then you can have your coffee that is small batch roasted. And, um, on organic. Um, so those are my 3 tips for you. Health and blessings to you. I am here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, um, Eastern Standard Time.
