A short transcript excerpt from a YouTube video in which two speakers advise entrepreneurs on hiring and training virtual assistants (VAs). The core recommendation: start by hiring and training one VA to full competence before scaling up to multiple hires, to avoid overwhelming simultaneous training.

I'm talking to fellow entrepreneurs, and they're trying to hire, like, three VAs right off the bat. And then they got to train them all at once, and it's like, no, no, no, don't do that. Yes, you want to offload as much.
As possible as quickly as possible. Start with one person, get them up.
To speed, get them.
Rolling, whatever, so.
That you don't have to worry about.
It anymore, and then you're. You're off to the races.
