The Power of Your Energy Explained ft. Peter Williams

In this interview, host Esther (Speaker B) and psychic medium Peter Williams discuss practical energy work, focusing on a simple breath‑based technique (TPT) that bypasses the need for elaborate rituals, music, or incense. Peter demonstrates how even a brief 60‑second pause can reset the nervous system, reduce mental chatter, and produce an immediate sense of calm, emphasizing that the practice is always accessible. The conversation then shifts to Peter’s branding journey, describing his transition from the "Inner Power" community to the more inclusive "Inspirational Soul" brand, his podcast, Instagram presence, and the upcoming "Connection Circle" community. He shares how rituals can be helpful but should not become dependencies, and he encourages listeners to adopt the simple technique as a daily habit. Peter outlines his future plans: a new book, expanded community offerings, and personal goals such as supporting his son’s high‑school transition and a family trip to see the Northern Lights. He reflects on a period of self‑doubt, concluding with a message of perseverance, authenticity, and the importance of trusting one’s inner voice to impact the world. The interview blends practical guidance, personal storytelling, and promotional information, offering listeners actionable tools and insight into Peter’s evolving spiritual practice and business model.
Chapters
I had come to notice that I was living life via momentum. This work that I have loved and enjoyed and connected with so long was like getting heavier and heavier. I'm just manifesting it. I'm like, yes, congratulations, do that. However, you've also got to remember we exist in a three dimensional world. Most people in this line of work is they're lacking the business acumen side of it. You have to treat it like a business.
Today my guest is Peter Williams and we talk about turning points that wake us. He shares the story of having to move his family in a rush from Japan to Australia after the 2011 earthquake and nuclear threat, and how that moment cracked open a deeper sense of purpose, presence and personal growth.
I also got a wake up call because when I first started, I wasn't. This is unpredictable. And so plan B became plan A very quickly.
We talk about identity, intuition, and the power of choosing growth when life invites you to pivot. If you've ever wondered whether it's too late to change direction or felt the quiet pull to live and work in a way that's more you, this episode is for you. Let's get started. Hey, Peter, welcome. Welcome to the show.
Thank you so much. Esther, thank you for finding a suitable time zone and getting up early for me.
Sure. You are on the other side of the world and it's probably way more summery there than here.
Oh, it very much is. It's 5pm and it's still 32 degrees Celsius outside. It is very hot today and today is Australia Day, so it is our national day.
That's it. Oh, my God.
Yeah.
You know what? It brings back such nice memories. I don't know much about Australia day, but like 10 years ago when I moved here to Spain, I got to know an Australian girl and she took me to the beach for tongue throwing. Is that a thing?
Yeah. Well, it is if you want it to be. Let's say. It is not a national sport. So it's not something. It's not something you'll see or encounter even on Australia Day. Like it's. It's more of a fun, like if you're amongst like a parade or something. Like, it's okay. Even as a family, we wouldn't be doing it. No. So it's more.
That's what we did, which was throwing our slippers. Because first when she said. Said we would throw our thongs, I thought that the bikini. I'm like, yeah, I don't know. Okay. All right. So happy Australia Day.
Oh, thank you.
And thanks for doing this with me on Australia Day.
No, look, it's perfectly okay. Like, it's nice because we've had a weekend. This is our final, like, long weekend. It is the final day of summer holidays for school. School goes back tomorrow. So we've just had our six to eight weeks off, and everyone goes back to school tomorrow. So it's, like, really surreal when you go out on the street and it's really beautiful and quiet because everyone's either at home in the air con, like, all the air conditioning, or anyone's, like, you know, out at the beach, but. So the roads are very quiet. But tomorrow morning, it's going to go straight back to mayhem and madness because everyone's going to be on the road. So it's like tomorrow, so you can.
Enjoy the last chill day.
So it's been nice today. Yeah.
Great. You know what? A few weeks ago, I was talking to my husband about the guests that are coming on the show these weeks, and he said, okay, who's this Peter guy? And I said, what does he do? And I was like, he's a feeler. He's a seer. And he's like, what is it that you're gonna talk about? I'm like, I don't know what we're going to talk about yet. All I know is I want to be in his energy. And then I caught up with your latest work. I started catching up with your latest work, and then I realized, oh, my God, I couldn't have been closer to what you are doing these days. But I will let you share that with our viewers. Listeners. So the first question is, what is it that you do, and why do you do what you do?
Now, that's. This is a really good test because what. Technically that role and the answer to that question has changed for the better, in my opinion. In the last few months, my direction has really come full circle. So to give you the quick background is that I'm a teacher by trade, but I lived overseas for many a year, and then I had to come back to Australia through very unusual circumstances. So my wife is Japanese. I was living in Japan. And back in 2011, most people are aware of it. The Fukushima earthquake that happened, it was like 9.0 on the risk scale. I was there for that. So I lived through that earthquake, the tsunami, and of course, what followed was radiation.
Yeah.
So we had the nuclear power plant in meltdown. That nuclear power plant was only about 60 km away from our house. It was very, very close. My workplace was even closer My workplace was just on the border of the bubble. So we had to leave because it was just the best decision because we were expecting our first child literally in the next couple of weeks. So we literally came back to Australia not knowing what to do, how it was going to happen. That said, so that changed the trajectory of my whole journey, my whole journey, my whole life. It was definitely not part of my plan, not part of what I had envisaged. Nothing. And so I had to fall back on something which I didn't ever feel was ever going to be work or a job or an income. And that was jumping into the energetic side of things. So I became a psychic medium. So I've always been a psychic medium because, like, they're just skills, they're not really a label. And I started using that. And I've. Since then I've been doing lots of live events based around that. I've been super blessed and super grateful because I can help people connect to their loved ones on the other side. I can obviously look into, you know, their energy and what's happening, future, how the past is affecting their decisions in the moment. So all of these, like, elements around energy. But fast forward the last 12 years of that, it has now come down to one thing, and I love helping people to understand their own connection. I have been connecting with energy myself. You know, the greater energy, whatever label you wish to put on it, whether it's going to be universe, God, whatever you want to be. But, you know, I know it's real. It's been shown to me again and again, validated over and over. So. But what I've noticed is that one beautiful thing is the world and people are slowly waking up. And that's a beautiful thing. Downside is people don't know what they're waking up to. So I'm now, instead of being the person, like, where I would always be the catalyst or sort of the conduit, I'd be the conduit for them. So, like, okay, I'll help you to understand your patterns, your energy. I'm now helping people to understand their own connection and remember exactly, like, how to get back into that space that will serve them and help them to just really get true and honest to themselves. So with that connection, the easiest way I say it too, for people is if you are finding yourself that you are juggling your life, if you're finding that you have become like the manager in your life, whether it's in your relationship, whether it's with your family, your kids, whatever you're trying to always. You're finding yourself, you're fixing things all the time. You're trying to solve, like, constantly on the go, and you're just finding. Doesn't matter how much you do this, you find that you can't find the way through. That's when you need to stop and come back into that remembering. And that's what I help people. That's the connection. Because we are so busy, our world is demanding so much of us at the moment. And like, you know, I think we can also see it on a global scale how much we need to remember the importance of individual sovereignty in a special way. But it's that whole thing of, like, if you're tired of chasing, you find yourself you're trying to chase something, but you're never getting there. You're never getting. Whether it's that result or like you're putting in all this effort, but it's just not starting to come to fruition. That's when you go, right. It's time to just take a pause, take a breath and reconnect and find out what's really going on. That's how I help people. This is the direction now. It's like, it's about helping people to do this in here. And then once they have this, you start to see things very differently. You start to feel things very differently. And so that's the path and that's where I'm at now. So just helping people to reconnect and find it for themselves again.
Even just you giving this intro makes me feel like how my shoulders are going down. I'm like, okay, we're good. You can just breathe. You know, my. Here at home, my husband is Spanish and he calls me La Fixer. And this says everything.
Now. What's powerful. And I love that. And I'm so appreciative that you could even have the courage to acknowledge the shift in your own body because finally you took a breath. And this is what I look, I'm. The reason why I'm very passionate about this is because I have been there with you. I have been in that position. I have been de la fixer. We go French, more Spanish, but in Spanish. But it's like the manager, this problem solver, the constant juggler of life. And it has served me to do one thing, Burn myself out, push myself to a brink, put myself in an endless loop that is not serving anyone and least of all myself. But for me to say that and for you to go, oh, my God, I can feel my shoulders drop. That speaks volumes because that lets me know that I'm saying something that you go, this makes sense to me.
Yeah, definitely.
So thank you because like I said, this was a test. Hey, we're doing something.
Let's see if it works. At some point you said, I became a medium, psychic medium, as if, as if there was like a job description and you applied for the role. But when, when does someone, when does someone notice that they have these type of skills? Is it like a child childhood thing.
Or so on that path? Like just make some quick clarifications around this because, you know, there's a lot of stigma, I suppose sometimes around it as well. And the thing is, I've found a lot of the time people will talk about like when, if I didn't have this as a child, then I'm not very good. The truth is every child has it. That's just pure and simple. Every child has it. Whether we choose to describe it that way, that's a different story. But every child does have the ability to connect, see more, understand more, and connect way better than we do as adults. So for that reason it can happen at any point when it happens. So for me it happened more so around the age of 13, 14. So that's when it really got activated or what we call the awakening. When you have your first big. Like whether it's an experience or a life changing moment, for some people it's very extreme, like a near death experience. But for me it was just curiosity. I knew there was something more than this world. I couldn't articulate it, I couldn't explain it to anyone. So I went looking and that was just the, the opening age of the Internet, which I was very thankful for. So I could look up and find some things and I tried some exercises and they worked and I started connecting, I started communicating and I just fell in love with it. It was, it was like I had found the deeper or another part of myself that has been just waiting for that moment to say, hey, I'm here, nice to meet you again. So that's when it happens. So it can happen at any time. And so anyone who's listening and you might go, oh, I have an interest in this, or I have, but I'm not very good. I don't have these gifts or abilities. Yes you do. And you can awaken them at any point. I have seen amazing people literally have no connection like to it prior to the age of 40 or 45, they just try something and it's right there waiting for them. So Never lose hope. It's there for anyone at any time. You just have to be willing to explore that part of yourself.
How did this whole story unfold for you? When you, when you started, you started new in Australia with everything, you had a new family there. When we hear about someone using such gifts as their. I understand that was your income, right?
Yeah, Yep.
But this sounds like not so predictable. Or is it, is there a. Can you make predictable income with such skills? And what, what happens when it's like the moment of, okay, there are bills to pay. So it's so not like so tangible as saying, okay, I work as a team manager or I work at the bakery or whatever, so how do you.
Build it up like any other business, you have to where I find, and this is just purely my observation, over time I have helped other healers and readers also to better their own business. One particular area that I tend to find is that a lot of people who want to work with their spiritual side or their energetic side, they will go, I want to do this. But there is a tendency to rely too much on, well, if it's the energy, then it will just come to me. That's, you know, I'm just manifesting it. I'm like, yes, congratulations, do that. However, you've also got to remember we exist in a three dimensional world and there are already huge frameworks in place. And so the one part that I found where it kind of gets undone, most people in this line of work become undone, is that they are lacking the business acumen side of it. You have to treat it like a business. Now. I also got a wake up call because when I first started I wasn't, it was just temporary. And so in my mind I'm like, well, this is just temporary. And it was like very good temporary. Don't get me wrong. I was like, oh, this is great. And I was living life a little bit until my wife sat me down and said, this is unpredictable. Like, we can't live like this. Like one week is like this, next week is down here. Like, we can't live like this. And so that switched my whole mind to go, right, well that's 100% accurate. This is to unpredictable. So therefore I stepped into and go, I need to make this predictable. And so it becomes about managing the work, then managing your life, and then also making sure you're managing your energy. So there's a three parts that you have to do. And guess what? I designed a business plan. I decided this is how I'm going to do It I literally took out a bank loan for at the time it was $25,000. Because I was like, I can't keep bringing clients into my house because we've got little kids like, or babies technically. And they were coming into the house. It was just not a very positive environment. There was nothing bad, nothing bad happened. But it's just like, you know what? This is just random strangers that come into my house. And I'm glad my kids weren't older. They're probably thinking, what is dad really doing? So and literally did. So I thought, no, I need to treat this seriously. And so I chose to start a clinic. So I started a holistic clinic. And so I had multiple rooms and I brought in different practitioners, acupuncturists, massage therapists, hypnotherapists, and we all had the rooms. And I was working from there as a business. And then it grew into a space of okay, what do I need to do to pay myself a salary or wage every week or two weeks? I sat down because I'm like, if this is the way the world works then I need to work with it. But in my way. And that's how I did it. And I literally did it started off with doing one on ones and I would do. What was it about working, about doing about 12 one on one sessions a week, sometimes more just to get that started. And you just work it. But most people don't want to see. It's interesting when people move into this field. It is fun and you're passionate and you want to help people and you love working with the energy and you love sharing these abilities. And I know that feeling because I absolutely am the same. But then there's. But I need to make this work long term. And so you need to think beyond the immediate. And so I feel like the business acumen and also that ability where people will. And I was one of them. I did feel for a while that too much structure would restrict my passion or like, because why am I doing this? So there's a bit of a mixed element, but my biggest observation is a lot of people struggle to implement the business acumen side of things. Now for me to do that, there was one huge, huge motivating factor. My wife was at home with my kids. They were young. We had decided that she was going to be a stay at home mum. That was our agreement. So guess what? Dad's got to make this work. So dad made a plan.
No plan B.
Well, it was. I had a plan B. It's interesting. You Mentioned that. And plan B was my spiritual, energetic work as a side hustle. I actually had another job and I had a primary part time income job, but then that one got taken away from me. And so plan B became plan A very quickly. And so it was either step up or step out. So I chose to step up.
How long would you say it took? Because now it seems okay, you just have to give it the structure and it will make it work. But in terms of months or years, how long did it take from, let's say, you deciding, okay, this is what I'm going to do. To the point where you would say you had a functioning business that was actually giving you the income that you needed.
Yeah, if I look back on it, I would say maybe two to three years before it became really established, or to a point where, I don't know, like, I had enough going for me that if I wanted to try something new, people would come along and try that with me. So what I mean by that is like, the one on ones is very easy, but as we know, that can be very, very tiring work, especially when it's, you know, you're in other people's energy. I was very fortunate enough. I got shown how to take this work to groups of people. And so I started experimenting doing this with groups of people. And very quickly, like, we practiced this at someone's house and it was, it was lovely. We had sometimes groups of five people and sometimes there was groups of like 20. One night we purposely said, we want to have a go at this particular format. We had 67 people in the house. It was like, we're like, oh, we weren't expecting that kind of turnout. So. And from that moment I said, well, we need to take this outside of the house because the house can't like. And like, I don't think the neighbors appreciated that many, that many cars are in the neighborhood. So then we moved it to a local community center and all of a sudden we grew to 100. And before you know it, I was doing it. And it became, I stepped out on my own and it went solo. And I literally was fortunate enough I was holding rooms of 200 plus people on a regular basis. And, you know, but it was a buildup of trying those things and getting the courage to try to learn to work out how to, you know, work in that format and look. And I'm also very, very fortunate because I have never been afraid of talking to groups of people. So ever since high school, like, I was, I was a debater back in high school, you know, I was student council, I did school captain, I did all these things where it was requiring, you know, engagement speaking things. So it put me in good stead. And then teaching, I teach groups of kids. If I can teach and hold the attention of like 35, 6 year olds, I'd like to think I can hold the attention of some 46 year old. Yeah, sometimes the, the latter is challenging, but. But yeah, it's so everything kind of built up. But it was a space of two to three years of building that up. And it was, but it was also feeling what was good for me. That's not going to be everyone's path. No one's path is the same. So you have to lean into what's right for you. But if I've got one piece of advice. Get creative. Think outside the box. Don't like, you know, we have this thing of where we look to the people that we know that are in our field and we look up to them, which is great. The only downside to that is the monkey see, monkey do. And that's not necessarily your calling. That is not necessarily your calling path. It could be something completely different. And that's why I always say, get creative. Don't be afraid to try. Don't be. Because if it fails, it fails. And you go, well, let's not do that again and you try something else. There are many times where I've tried things and I've gone like, it felt good at the time I tried it. And after I tried it, everything in my body's like, nah, that's weird. That's. I'm not going to do that again. So you have to do both. One big lesson I've learned throughout the years is to. It can be hard when you have your people. So whether they're clients, customers. For me, it's an audience. Technically they will want something from you. But you also have to honor when you want to change and shift as well and not just stay there for those people. That's the harder lesson. And as we're quickly talking about before we hit the record button, we know that feeling. I think there's quite a few. But probably a lot of your listeners will understand that feeling as well.
Yeah, definitely. And also in my. I think that was. That has been one of the hardest things lately in my trajectory. Like there's a point when you know that things have to shift and then there is a point when you're like, but can I really do this? Yeah, can I do this to them? Can I Is it allowed? Yeah. It's like, there's no one who will give me permission. I have to manage my own permissions on this area. But there's also a point where you're like, my body has moved on, and I need to honor where it is. Otherwise, even if I wanted to stay here, it won't work out the same way as it did before. Right.
I love the way you described that. I call that the two rooms. And so if anybody's in this position. So if you're hearing what you've just heard as the say, and you're like, yeah, like, I'm in that position, like, I. I want to be over here, but I feel like I've got to give myself permission to do this. There's a couple of things there. Number one is it's not necessarily giving yourself permission. Be kind to yourself, because, number one, it shows how compassionate and caring you are with your own clients and the people that you have in your world. That means you care. So that's a positive. Don't think, you know, you've got to look at it and going, I actually do give a shit. So that's a good positive. Because a lot of people go. Because people will feel bad. I felt bad. And that was half of it. I was making myself feel almost guilty because I'm like, nothing's wrong, but there's a shift. And the way you describe, it's like you felt your body move on. And this is why I say about the two rooms. And it's almost like if you look forward and there's another room in the house or, you know, there's another bedroom or an office or whatever else, there's another room. Technically, your soul's already in that room. That's it knows where it wants to be. So when you're talking about your body, it's not your physical body. That's your energetic body. And so your energetic body's already going, look at this room. This room's awesome. Check this out. Like, oh, my God, look, it's nice and light. Look at the paint or the colors. Awesome. This is. This is the place to be. But the problem is our head and our mind is going, but, but. But this is safe. This is, you know, this is where the bills get paid. This is where we've got our perfect timings to make sure we can fit in with the family or take our children to their sports or their dance class or whatever this is. This is very. What's wrong with this room? There's nothing wrong with this room. It's just that there's something new to look at and explore. But the mind has trouble catching up to that. So you're already in that other room. That's why it's the two rooms. And I can tell you right now, if you're listening and you're feeling like, which room do you want to be in? You already know. It's not even a question. You don't even have to answer it. You're already feeling it. Before I've finished the question, you know which room you want to be in. You've just got to find a way to trust yourself enough to follow it and arrive there. And that's the tricky part.
When you said you got to be creative or you got to allow room for your creativity, is there a. Would you say there's a limit in life when we should get more serious? Like, now I'm 43. I realized last year, in the last few years, I haven't done anything crazy. I used to do crazy things, and in a good way. Like, at 30, I left the whole corporate world. I moved to this country, not speaking the language, not knowing anyone. It was like, I knew that it's gonna be all right. And I didn't buy a return ticket. Everybody was like, okay, so I drive. It works. I'm like, no, this is my home. I. I can feel it. This is where. This is where I. I want to continue living life. And then I. I opened up a school, physical school, for. For kids to learn English. And I took it online. I. And I, I. I enjoyed, like, doing things that. That you don't normally do every day. And that was my. My fuel. And last year, I felt like I haven't really been doing that, and that's probably something I have forgotten. And it's not that my life is boring. It's that sometimes I keep myself stuck at places because I feel like it's time to be an adult.
Yeah, I hear you. Totally hear you. Like, I'm almost. What you said there is almost carbon copy, obviously, when we're younger. And this is. I don't think there's. There's two ways to look at this. Yes, you can look at it. And going. You might say there's a time to get serious. That just depends on the person. I don't look at it that way. I look at it as in a different perspective. And I'll get to that in a moment. But same thing is, I was traveling, I was teaching. I was married quite early, living overseas. Everything was okay. It doesn't matter what part of life you're in, life is always going to change. So the other thing too is like, you can plan and be as serious as you want, and if it's too serious, I can guarantee you life will give you a reminder not to take it so seriously. But then there are points in our life when, if we are not taking it serious enough, life will also give us reminders to do that as well. So you always. I'm a big believer you always get your check and balance if you're going the other way. And I find it really fascinating you mentioned this, because I was thinking this only a couple of weeks ago. I'm thinking, am I really a boring person now? I used to be so much fun and I used to like. I was like the life of the party. I would always be out meeting people. But it's a different phase of life. The other thing too is what I've put it down to is number one now is I have a massive drive. I know that I'm here to help. I have a purpose to have an impact, and I'm here to help people. I take that seriously and I take that responsibility seriously. And that doesn't mean I'm a boring person or I've lost creativity. I just now have to find a different way to apply it. And so this is why now I use my retreats as ways to create things in overseas retreats, to bring people in and create that part of my life. I like connecting with people, podcasting and things like this. It's a very different. So I think, you know, it's not necessarily you've lost the creativity, it's just that now you are really discovering who you really are. When you're a bit younger, you are discovering who you are, but you're not worried about who you are. But I think as you get older and you start to have that reflection of. And when you've got family and stuff, you start going, well, what is it that I really want to do? What is it? How do I want to be in this world? And I think, and I believe they are beautiful questions. They are the right questions. Kind of going like, these are the questions that not everyone will ask themselves. But if you are asking yourselves these questions, I can almost guarantee you one thing. You'll probably find that your friendship circle is relatively small because a lot of people are not willing to actually sit down, talk about this and talk it out loud because everyone's still afraid of how they look or compare to everyone else. And that's what Shields us and hides most of us. But whereas if you have the courage to be here, like, you know, look at where you're at. You're podcasting, putting yourself there in video, putting in the audio, sharing your story. That's creativity, that's sharing. That's a beautiful frequency. Okay, it's not the frequency of like twenties and going out and connecting and every second night it's a night out. That's a different part. Not saying you can't have that, but I look at it and go, there's something different here. Now I'm about to release my second book. I have almost a first draft of my third manuscript almost completed. If you had have asked me five years ago, let alone 10 years ago when I was in my 30s, no way in the world would I. So what do you do? I'm an author. No way in the world would have that have been on my radar. I go back into high school and I actually wanted to be a scientist. I'm the furthest thing from complete opposite. I love my science. That's why I, I'm quite skeptical and I love science. But it's really fascinating. I'm like, I look at it and going, no one could have really told me that for a big portion of my life. And I'm talking like 12, 13 years of my life. So it's a third of my life, a quarter of my life now, I should remember that now. But for that quarter of my life, I've been connecting and reading people's energy, looking at things of their past, their present, their future. I've been connecting to their past, loved ones. I've been talking to dead people for like 13 years as a full time job. Now it's a beautiful job, but who would have told me I was doing that? So all you can do is follow the breadcrumbs, in my opinion. And I think if your creativity will come out in different ways, because we're not meant to be like we were in our twenties. We're not meant to be like we were in our 30s. That's life. But I just really, I can tell with what you're doing, like, you now have your mission, you have your purpose, and you're now like really spiraling in on that purpose. And yes, people will look at us and go, you're very busy. Yeah, right, I am. I've got shit to do, I've got things to say and I've got things to share and I genuinely believe that they're important. Like pretty much this summer I was sitting down and I was finishing off my manuscript. You know, it was like I said, never have thought that going, sure, what are you going to be doing over the summer? Finishing a manuscript. Now a lot of people out there going, I'd love to have that life. It was never on my radar. But it's a beautiful sense of creativity because when I have something to share, that's my creativity, find ways to share it. But you're finding your purpose and the creativity will come with that. Hence, won't we talking about, I need to find someone to help with the videos. Because you've got ideas around video. Your creativity will come out in different ways. You are just aligning with your purpose. This is a huge thing and this is one thing I learned. Be interesting to see whether you relate to this. So what I have found is that specifically over the last, what, 10 years I had been go, go, go. But more so in the last two years, like three years, I had come to notice that I was living life via momentum. I was literally just following on from one thing that was working to another, to another, to another, to another to another. Then it's just like there's something in me. Like when you've been talking about like your body had moved, same thing, my body's like, you can't do this anymore. This work that I have loved and enjoyed and connected with so long was like getting heavier and heavier and heavier. That is the hardest thing to do when you have built up your business. When it's your business, you've done this, you've blood, sweat and tears, time sacrificed from family, all the rest of it. And you're going, cool, I've made it work. I've got a very successful multiple six figure income business. But it's heavy and it's getting heavier and we're having this time in the last two years have been rough, like very rough, energetically rough. Like pulling at me in ways that I've never felt before. However, now where I am now because of that is because now I'm ready to live from alignment. I know within myself, right, this is where we're going, this is what we're doing. That's the difference. Is that something that you feel like you're finding now? The difference is like you're going, there's something different. This feels so right in the core of you, in the deepest part of yourself.
Yeah, definitely. What I mentioned to you before we started is that I'm in a moment where I feel the closest to where I want to go, want to be. But And I will use the moment to. To get your wisdom on this, and hopefully it helps others as well. I. While I'm thoroughly enjoying this. This moment of things happening more easily, because I think I'm. I'm at the right place or I'm at very much at peace with who I am, there is a fear of, what if I am. What if I lose this balance? What if this is temporary? I think I. I have the feeling with what. What I. What I had been doing previously, there's. There was always a point where I just felt like, oh, my God, if I want to keep up with this, it's going to fully drain my energy. At some point, I. I was feeling like I. I need to do this business together with someone else so when I have downtime, they can still keep up the, you know, the community and cheer them on and. And all that. And I'm like, And. And now I'm building a new community, and I really want to make sure I don't make that mistake again. That I'm pouring, pouring, pouring above my. I don't know, my. More than my resources would allow. And then I hit a point where it's like, I need out. So is there. Is this just gonna work because now I'm at peace with what I do and who I am, or do I need to set boundaries differently? I definitely do that. I have learned a lot about setting boundaries, but how do I. It's either. How do I avoid getting to that point again where I might feel like, oh, I have. I have not given too much, but I have committed to too much, or is there a way to bring in my seasons as a human, as a woman? Could that work? I've never tried that. I've always set something like, okay, this is what we're doing, and I'm keeping this. This is what you can expect from me. And anytime you come into my space, it's always this level, but I'm not always that level.
So that's powerful.
Can I just go with I'm not always that level? Or can I. Or do I have to set the whole expectation lower? Or does this make sense at all?
Absolutely, because I've just. I'm reorganizing my community exactly the same way. So I'm exactly in the same position. Difference is, I'm going, yep, this is what it needs to be. Because again, you've. We've gone through that space of, like, we need to be there and we need to deliver. That was. We felt, and that's mean. Again, that's very important and to reflect on yourself. It shows that you care, it shows that you want to really assist if you want the best for your people and your community. Like the only thing is, is like when you had built it and you had set it up, the only difference was that it hadn't got any of those containers in place. Where it was more about creating a community where it could be a little bit more self led or setting up those expectations of there could be seasons. When you were saying that everything you just said, you're like coming back to what you were saying before. I've got to give myself permission. The whole thing is you just answered everything that you needed advice on because it's human and it's life, isn't it? You have seasons. So what's going to create a better community? A community that is led by someone who has this massive high expectations and just keeps pushing at people where so many people are going to jump into the community and going that's fine for the first three or four months, but after that they just fall away, fall away and fall away. Because even for people we're not meant to be sustaining this high level energy of constant momentum. It just doesn't. We're not like that. We are humans, we're part of Earth. Earth has seasons and you are absolutely out. Now what is going to be more courageous? Someone who just keeps pushing themselves to a point and then you're leading by that example, saying hey everyone, just keep delivering and over delivering and pushing yourself to the point where I don't want to do this anymore or being going hey, just letting you know, I'm human. I have seasons too. And there are times where it will be, let's make the most of this. And it could be two, three, four months where we're like, wow, this is going to be a great, beautiful intense time, no different to summer. But then there's going to be times where it could be a month or two months where it's like winter and everything just quietens down and we've got less intensity now when you lean into that feeling and that vision of that which one feels right for you in here, not here. What feels right in your body? One that has to go, go, go live by momentum. Or the one that says, hey, I'm human and I live in alignment with my seasons.
It's definitely that. Allowing the seasons to take up the space and hopefully or possibly get out the value of each season. But then what if? What if? And I probably know the answer, but this is what it's all about is.
Bringing up your body's reacting now, okay.
What if it's not what they expected?
Then if you have that literally before they join and you say, I live my life by seasons because that's how we live life. If you speak to them like they're a human too, saying, have you noticed that there are some times where life gets really busy and you can't really do some of the things that you'd like to do for yourself? But then there's other times when you've got breathing space and I'd really want to do things for myself. And then you find that you kind of waste that time because you're so busy telling yourself that you're so tired. Like, that's just communication and that's just you having the courage to say that up front and say, if you want someone who's going to be there, push, push, push, push, push. That ain't me. If you want someone who can see when you need the push and the season's right for that push and you want it at that time, then I can assist you with that. But I'll also know and respect you when life genuinely happens and that's the world we live in. I feel like it's a time. And this is what I call that shift. There's a shift in that consciousness, that whole aspect of you need to deliver, you need to do this, you need to do that. I feel like we do when we first start, we put that pressure on ourselves because we care and we want people to have an outcome. We want people to have a transformation. We want people to receive something from what they give. But now it's just about also making sure it aligns with us as well. Because this needs to be sustainable long term. And what you've learned, which is exactly the same lesson that I learned, was when you are there doing this all the time, it's just like, you know what this is? This is hard, this is heavy now, where it gets even harder. And I don't know whether you can relate to this or maybe some of your listeners and viewers might. Where it gets even harder is when you start to have these moments. And even though you've got very good income, but you still have to honor what you're genuinely feeling because otherwise you're just pushing on and it will become very hard and you'll become very numb to what you're doing. So you've also got to have that. And I know that you'll get this, you'll understand this once you Hit that. And you go, hey, this is where I'm at now, guys. This is where EZ is at. I have seasons, and the season that I'm usually really active is gonna be between the months of April and June, just as an example. And then, you know what? Just letting you know, things with my family get really hectic. September, October, so them, some of my quieter months. Then we do a little something in November just to really kind of jazz it up. And before you know it, we're back around. If you have that, don't you feel that people go, oh, my God, this chick, she's just real, and she gets it. Like, she knows what it's like to live life, have a life and have a life that's not 100%. I need to keep going. Right then. If you realize that, are they or are they not the people that you wish to be working with? Yeah.
The answer was when? When I asked the question, the answer that came up was, okay, if they're not coming along, they were not the people I should be trying to take along with me. Right?
Bingo. And that is frequency. That is so important. When you honor that and you tap into that frequency, you resonate that frequency, and the right people at that frequency will come into your world. Now, when you have the right people in your world, personal or working or otherwise, life and the boundaries that come with it are a lot easier to communicate and uphold. And that's huge because I tend to find a lot of people. I was just working with this with a group on Saturday, and I'm not sure, like. But in Australia, and obviously sometimes in America, we have very, very big cattle stations, which like the land that they graze the cattle on. They need helicopters to monitor the land. This is just huge. But the crazy thing is they still have fences for these properties, but they don't know. So that fence is a boundary. The thing is, because that boundary, they can't see it. It's so far away. They don't know whether that boundary is in place or has someone crossed it. Is it broken? Does it need mending? Maybe we need a whole new fence. They don't know until something really big happens or they just have to stumble upon it. But when you know that, you know it's generally going to be okay. That's me. Most of them, they will pay attention to, but they're not stressed about it because they know their neighbors and their neighbors are doing the same thing. So it's much easier to maintain that boundary because you've got the right people. On the other side of it. And so when you honor that and you see yourself in that position going, if you have the right people in your world, your boundaries are going to be so much easier. I'm very grateful. I know so many, like case in point, the group I worked with a couple of days ago, I literally had a change of plans because I had to do the dad role and drop my daughter off to a birthday party. So I had to bump our like session back, start time back, half an hour and I just said, look, sorry guys, half an hour because I have to do dad duty. No one complained because they're going, oh, absolutely, no problem. Yeah, drop your daughter off, no problem. Now isn't that how it should be? Because that's, that's part of it, isn't it? So now it's not a question of whether, how or you or even when. It's a question of going, when are you going to own it?
Yeah. This fully ties into my word or leading message for the year to myself is life first. And if I truly mean living a life, leading a life where life is first, then it would be crazy not honoring the seasons. So it's like I think I've been using it for me as something that sounds awesome and I'm pretty much living into it. But I realize now that there's so much I can do about it truly being a life first year and a life first life.
And even when checking in with yourself and this is what I help people do and you're already got a great self awareness. But for anyone who's listening, who's not 100% sure, just simply ask yourself going, well, you have a look at the way that you're doing your life at the moment. And if you see yourself doing that for another 12 months, how does it feel in the body? Does it feel exciting? Does it feel heavy? Does it feel light? What's kind of going, what's the body? The energy of the body Trying to say to yourself, then ask yourself and go, but if I choose to life first in my life and business, how does that make me feel? And you will feel the difference. The feeling is so important because you get your head out of the way, your head coming back full circle. If you're trying to fix things, you're always solving problems, you're always managing life. Your head is doing a marvelous job, but the whole thing is it's doing the only job it knows to keep things in safety, right? But if we acknowledge the energy in our body, we know what's Right. We already know it. We don't need permission. We don't need. We just got to find a way to honor it. And that's what you're doing with a live life first. Now, I'm going to point out, when you were looking at it and saying, when are you going to own it? Your whole energy has shifted. There we go. Your whole energy is shifted. And what was very interesting is where you're feeling that in your body was actually right down in your sacral. And that means it's really important to you because it's owning who you really are when it's that low in your body. It felt right. It felt solid. It felt like, yes, just this beautiful solid going, yes. And that. Yes, voice and feeling was coming up through your body as I was telling and talking to you as I going. And you're going. It's like it's not even here, you know, it's not in your mind. It's literally coming up and you're hearing yes. Everything is yes. It's like, yes. It's like you start going, this is really weird. Like, it's like. But that's the acknowledgment and that's the beauty of it. So that's a powerful thing.
Thanks for guiding me there. It feels like something I. I will have to sit with for. For a little while today because it feels like I. I have touched on something that will be very important this year.
Well, sit with it. Here's the other piece. Follow up. Okay. Sit with it is nice, but I encourage you to process it. And what I mean by process it is literally like journal it out or type it out. Find some way or have a few conversations around it, but find a way to process it, because by processing it, you allow more of it to come up. That's what's important. Like, you just got the first part of it. There's a whole bunch underneath it. And yes, you might sit with it, but if you sit with it too much, all you're going to focus on or all you're really going to feel or notice is that top part. Now we want to get in underneath and go, oh, wow, look. Okay, now there's some stuff I can really work with. And that's the, that's the key energetic part. Process it, not just sit with it.
Thanks for highlighting that. He wouldn't have wanted to miss the important part.
No. Well, that's why I was like, no, I'll let you. Because it's. I've seen too many people do it. Oh, okay, I'll sit with that. Okay, cool. But sitting with it's one thing, but actually processing it's another, because then you see what comes after it. So it's like a fishing line. Like the lines in the water. You know that, and you go, oh, okay, there's a fish on. Okay, I'll hang on to that for a while. Yeah, like. Okay. And do what? Like, how about you find out what's at the end of the line and then you can decide what you're going to do next.
Yeah. I want to jump back to something you just casually said. Just simply check in with yourself or just simply ask yourself. Yes, and I get it. I do it a lot. But there was a time in my life when asking myself or getting true with myself or feeling what my body is telling me was the most dreadful thing, because it was so much easier to just go with whatever was going on in my life. So if somebody is listening to us and they are like, where do I even start with asking myself or talking to myself or. I don't have the time for that. I have a family to run. I have a job. Where do we even get started if it's something new?
Good question. Love that you've asked that. There's a key thing to point out, and I love that you could even acknowledge that. Like you said, there was a time where I. I don't want to check in with myself. That's when. When you're at that point, it's always a thing of like, if you're saying, I don't want to check in with myself, that's absolutely. When you need to check in with yourself, that's. It's. It's already. Your body's already screaming at you going, knock, knock, knock. We're here and we're not going away. So. But of course, it comes down to, oh, time. How do I do this? What do I do? So it's very, very simple. And I teach a few people this particular technique, and it'll be coming out. It's in my new book that's coming out. But the simple thing is. And you can do it with me right here, right now. Anybody who's listening can do this right here, right now. And I just take your right hand, and I want you to place it over your heart. And your heart kind of is a little bit further up. Most people want to go to the center of the chest. You can't go there because that's your sternum, that's the bone. You won't feel your Heartbeat. So you've got to go to your little bit to the left, and you gotta go. I tend to find. Go up a little bit because there's less, like, distance between the heart and the surface, and you're just feeling it. If you need to, you go in underneath your clothes or whatever else, some people might struggle to feel their heartbeat. That's completely okay. I've seen many people have run many groups through this, and they go, oh, my God, I'm dead. I'm like, no, you're not. It's like you're just not used. But this is. The whole thing is like you're going. If you're struggling to find your heartbeat, when's the last time you actually checked on yourself? If you can't find your own heartbeat, that says a lot about where you are at the moment. So if you're struggling with that, and if anyone's listening who's struggling with that, simple thing is, then grab the two, like, your index finger and your middle finger and find your pulse on your neck. And you'll find that just underneath your jawbone. You can find the pulse and neck. And you should feel that boom, boom, boom, boom. So let me know when you've got. Find your pulse. Have you found your pulse?
Yeah.
Okay, just close your eyes. Okay. And focus. Anyone who's listening, once you've found your pulse or your heartbeat, the heart is the best. If you can touch your heart, it's the best. But the pulse is a great kind of quick way in. When you're feeling it, just close your eyes and literally feel. And then you feel it. And I want you to acknowledge in your mind, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Whatever speed it's doing, and the more you feel it, you will feel it change. And slow. A little boom, boom. And you're. You're feeling that there, Esther. Beautiful. Now open your eyes and hand off your chest. Now tell me right now, what were you thinking about?
That I should do this more often.
But you're noticing that. But that was happening in between. You were dropping. If you're having that thought that's happening between the heartbeats, that when you're acknowledging them, but when you're feeling your heartbeat and boom, boom, what were you thinking?
Nothing. Just following.
There you go. Nothing. It's a trick question. Okay. Because it's like, what are you thinking? People go, was I meant to think something? But that's. That's what we've taught. Beautiful part is now, for that moment, you weren't thinking about it. Now how do you Feel.
It's like it's something I want to feel more often, not thinking of anything.
So you felt calm. Do you feel relaxed? Like, lean into it? So all of those things right now, that took less than 60 seconds, less than 60 seconds to bring yourself to a point of stillness, no thought, and just feeling the heart or your pulse, that is the quickest and easiest way to check in with yourself. Notice how when I say check in with yourself, that's where you start. That's the muscle you start with. This is. So when I teach this, this is what I call a thought pausing technique. It literally pauses your brain from interfering or wanting to control, to manage, to fix, to solve. It short circuits it, it interrupts it and allows the body to reconnect to the conversation. So it's a thought pausing technique, or TPT, as I call it. 60 seconds to 90 seconds tops. And if you can't do that for 60 seconds, if you can't. If one of your listeners cannot find 60 seconds to do that, well, guess what? Now you are struggling to be honest with yourself. And that's a bigger question again. And it's. You start there. When that happens, as you notice, there's actually no thinking. So anyone, Anyone who's kind of like, I'm afraid to check in with myself, oh, my God. What, What. What's myself going to say the first. Nothing. When you truly check in with yourself, it's not going to judge you. Your, your own self, your own body, your own energy, your own. It won't and it will not. And it does not judge you. It doesn't do it. It's actually the most friendliest voice that will ever come up when you get silent enough to hear it. And it's going to be there. Hey, you know what? I know this is no longer working for you, but hey, why don't you try this? You're like, I've never thought of that. And that's what. That's where the creativity comes from. That's where the voice comes from. That's where. And here's the thing, for any of your listeners or your viewers, it's a muscle. So like any muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets, which means in this case, the stronger it is, the quicker it happens. Muscle memory. So don't think that it's always going to be hard. Like, if anything, what happens is you get quieter, faster, and the faster you can get into the quiet zone, the more you're going to hear and feel things that will lead you to the right path. The right feelings and directions that you know to be true for oneself. And once you hit that zone of yourself, there is no going none your world, it's like if you try it will you. Everything you do will be like. It's pushing back on you because you know this is not right for you. You know this is not right for you. It's energetically repulsing you. And it's not on purpose. It's just because once you tap into it. And that's why there's a beautiful. I've got a beautiful channel message. Like it's only takes. What was it? I'm paraphrasing off memory. Only the most courageous of souls are brave enough to breach this space. For once you touch it, you can never untouch it.
Beautiful.
And it's so true. So true.
Yeah. Love this. It feels like such a simple technique, but I'm telling you, I've been using box breathing and the 4, 7, 8 breathing to get out of my fixer mode. But still so many times I noticed that, okay, I'm doing the counting, but my thoughts are. They are still on. And with this, it. It wasn't on, which is fantastic.
Don't get me wrong. Breath. But see, here's another big thing, right? We. I love the way we find new ways, which is great. Now breath and breathing. But technically, even with the box breath, we would actually deem that breath work. Okay, now, beautiful thing. I've used it many times myself. However, I also found it's complicating things. And the biggest problem I find with most people. I love this when I do this. And I've seen some amazing reactions live, either on webinars or in live in person. We do this exercise. We do the tpt and I say to anyone. So anyway, just out of curiosity, before I go any further, does anyone here struggle to meditate? And of course I get a few hands. Let me guess, mind's too busy or you fall asleep or can't do this, haven't got the time. And all these reasons, like, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I said, and during that time, did you not think anything? They're like, well, yeah, I didn't. I said, congratulations, you just meditated. And they're like, oh, 90 seconds to meditate. What we effectively did there. And anyone who followed along, you meditated. Meditation is not about reaching a specific state. Meditation is about like having like one mind or no. And dropped just like that. Energy vibration comes straight down. See, even now your whole energy is like, shit. That is so simple. And it feels so good. And here's the best part, people. It's always with you. You can take it anywhere at any time. You can always use it. You don't need a special tool. You don't need special music. You don't need, like, you know, you don't need to set it up. You don't have. Need to have, like, you know, your five flavors of incense floating around. You know, it's like, it can be so simple. Those things become ritualistic, which is good because it helps you to get into your state faster. However, we will tell ourselves, if I don't have the incense or I don't have the music, or I don't have this, I can't reach that state. We will tell ourselves that we can't reach that part of ourselves, which is false. Put your hand on your heart, literally feel your heartbeat. Boom. You'll change it. That is TPT just cuts right through it. It pauses everything upstairs. Everything. And for 60 seconds, you come back and much calmer. You're not stressing about what bill I need to pay. What do I need to be doing after this podcast where it's like, where am I driving? It's none of it. It all dissipates. It all just shifts. And that's the key thing.
I'll carry this with myself for forever.
It's.
It's like, sounds too simple to be effective, but I just felt it, and I'm like, wow. And I'm. And I'm so that person that's like, if I. If I don't have the smell, if I. If it's not quiet enough, if it's. I don't know, not that music. I get caught up in those things. This will. Will help me leave that all behind or not depend on it, not be conditioned to those elements available.
Yeah, they help. So when you have those things, they help you to subconsciously prepare. So that's why it becomes really ritualistic or habitual. Like, they help the subconscious mind to program to say, oh, I'm lighting this incense. I'm putting this music on. It helps us to take steps to reach that. This is. Now we're taking the elevator. That's what we're doing. Press the button. Don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about how many flights of stairs you've got to go down. Just take the elevator. It's easier, it's simpler, and you get there faster and you got more time, but you can still have those things. Please don't get me wrong. No one please don't misconstrue it. All of those things are beautiful things. All I'm trying to say is that. But through all the work that I have done with all the people over the many years, one of the biggest observations is that everyone says that I can't do this for multiple reasons. This is the one thing that I have found everyone can do and gets an immediate feel and result. And then they go, wow. What's interesting is they might get that immediate result. Whether they continue to use it, that's a different question. But now, once you experience it like you have, there's no excuse. Simple. It's on you. Now. That's integrity. This becomes about you telling yourself, I now know what to do. And it's going to be a question of whether you're going to do it when the time is called to do it. But of course, the more you do it when it's not necessary, the easier it becomes.
So, yeah, if someone is with us and just loved this as much as I did, where can they. Can they hear more from you? You mentioned you are rearranging your community. Your second book is coming out. You have a beautiful podcast. What's the best way to get started in your world?
Look, always say, if you're new to my world, maybe especially listening to this, then obviously you're a podcast person. I personally love podcasts, you know, so you can find that. It's the Inspirational Soul podcast. So it's all that same thing as the website. So you can find that, you know, the Inspirational Soul. My handles on Instagram at the Inspirational Soul. I was very lucky. Managed to get it all across the board and do the branding thing. It's. Yeah. So you'll find me under that. And you can. But podcasting is the best way to start there. You might run into some, what we call now, legacy episodes. And that was when it was called Inner Power. So my previous community was called Inner Power purely for. That's what I was referring to. But it was like I just noticed that I think anyone who was listening or hearing that particular branding, it felt like, oh, okay, I've got to do work to get in there. Whereas. Whereas now it's like, okay, let's just dial it back and let's just connect. So if you find yourself in that position, if you're going, right, I'm juggling life's happening, you might be going, I'm the fixer, I'm the manager, I'm the solver. If you're going, I'm chasing things, but nothing's coming to fruition, then that's when I say, hey, look, feel free, come and have a listen. Come and join. You know, when the community's open, it'll be called the Connection Circle. And it's about checking in with yourself. Like, amazing things coming. Like, it's all like, these next six months that are coming are going to be huge. Like, with the new book coming out, new community, it's cannot wait. And again, I've done everything we've talked about here as to. I've just run the same parallel journey. I've done the whole thing of, like, please remember my life happens in seasons. And because when I get busy on the road doing stage work, that makes it harder for me to be in the community because I'm moving a lot and I've got live audience people with me. So like, sometimes that's busy and so it just, it's like, hey, guys, like, it happens. So. And then we've other times where it's like, cool, we now have a couple of months. Let's do some good work together so we can get a little bit deeper with things. And I speak of and anyone who resonates with that, that's when I know they're my type of person. And that's the cool thing. So come and check me out. My website's there, the Inspirational Soul Podcast. Have a listen. Love it. And if you love anything about energetics, you're looking for that, then, yeah, please feel free, look me up. And of course, at any point, even if this resonated with you, please feel free to DM me. I love receiving DMs and replying to people because that's connection.
Perfect. We'll include all this in the show notes. And before we close off, this is something I asked all my guests. What is it that you're wishing for? What is your dream for. For you, for your business, for your family for the next three years?
The next three years? Well, we got my son starting high school, so hopefully getting him off to a good start in high school, but he'll be fine. No, but personally, for, for myself, business and family, because they're very intertwined over the next three years, like, honestly, I have an absolute brand new message. I just wish to share it. I don't. I thought I was, like, kind of had purpose and a drive, you know, like six, seven years ago. This one's different. I am like, nope, this is, this is very different. This is a big mission. This is a big purpose here. To help people. Just to help people like no different with your listeners and viewers. Just giving them those little things to go. That's how you change. This is how you shift. It doesn't have to be huge. It doesn't have to be like, you know, a long time. And so it's just about building that up. I've already started working on the three year plan. More books. Like I said, I never thought I was going to be, never going to be an author. Like oh my God, like I've already got another like this one's ready to go. It's in the final editing phase. The other one, first draft. I'm like oh my God. I'm like there's so much material coming. So I'm just really happy and I'm just want to get the message out and I really, my biggest drive is I really want to be talking and connecting with people who resonate with the message. That's all that matters to me. That's the difference. It's just getting the message out there. So it's not about anything massive or great. One thing if it's on a more personal front. Want to get my family to Norway for the Northern lights. That's on the wish list. We'll try and get that to happen. But at the moment it's like build this up, find the right people and bring the world together in a better way.
That's a big, big plan and it's very well time. There's so much more need for that than ever before. I think you're on fire. So I have no doubt it will all come true And I love that you, you are finding the way to channel this new message and, and I'm already so happy for everyone who, who gets to be in your world in the next six months and in, in this new season. Fantastic.
Yeah it's ah, look I like I said this is but if there's one thing I just want to finish off with, please rest assure. Like I love where I am now but it took a of lot lot to get to this side of it. And it's interesting, I've gone through a whole period of not trusting myself and now that was very interesting because I'm a person who's been always big on trusting myself. So I've looked at over the last couple of years and going why wasn't I trusting myself? And there was two reasons. Number one is because I can't or I would not be able to speak with as much passion and authenticity if I didn't go through this or experience what it's like to get up in your head, your head trying to control everything, trying to do everything. So everything that I speak about, everything that I like impart, I have lived it, I have used it, it has been a part and that's why I love just leaving the message of like if you're, if you're listening to this and you'd know Esther's story because she's been in it as well. If you're in it, keep going because your message will get clear and you will come out on the other side and you will be better for it and you never know, you might just come out of this going I'm here to change the world and that's what comes out of it. Acknowledge it and own it because the world needs you right now. There you go. There's model too.
Thank you Peter, I appreciate you. Thank you so much for your time today.
Appreciate you too. Thank you for having me.
