I personally believe it's a very beautiful gift, but it's one that can be very confusing if you don't know what's going on. It can be really challenging when you're like, why am I feeling this way? I was feeling fine just a second ago. And it's like, well, you just walked into a room where someone was super grumpy or someone was really scared. And you, being an empath, you felt that. And now you are identifying with that feeling. Now you're identifying with that fear or that. That anger. And you're like, what is happening? And one of the reasons, as an empath and it's so important to get to know yourself, is because you can feel so many other things. You have to know what's yours and what's not.
