When people look back at my career and the impact that I've made, I hope they feel that I made a difference, that I truly had an impact on the industries that we represent, a positive impact on our community, impact on my family, and that we've left everything we found in a better place. And I think it all goes back to balance and making sure that we're giving back more than we're taking out, whether it be in farming and you want to make sure you're putting more into the soil than you're taking out of the soil, or whether it's your community, and making sure that we're putting more back in the community than we're taking out of the community.
