Evan Carmichael defends Elon Musk's Twitter moves, including the controversial double-checkmark feature, arguing that someone who built his wealth from scratch earns the right to experiment. He frames it as early innings and asks viewers to weigh in.
There's a lot that Elon Musk is doing with Twitter that I don't agree with, like this double checkmark thing. But I remind myself that he became the richest man in the world because he's an entrepreneur, that he's going to make some mistakes. But he's built businesses. He didn't inherit a ton of wealth. He built his companies from the ground up. And I'm excited to see what he does with Twitter. So I'm willing to give him a little more patience. It's the first inning of a 9-inning game. Let's see what he does with it. What do you think?
