Who is the best guy in the world?
Hayden. Daddy.
Nina.
It is so bright out that Evan has to wear sunglasses.
That's true, why am I wearing sunglasses? It's so dark. What am I doing? Good morning! Well, is it still morning? Look at the time. 11:31. I stayed up really late last night. I got inspired by an idea and was up until 2 in the morning working on it. And Nina was very patient with me. We love Nina. She's very special. Let's flash Nina.
No.
Why?
Flash what?
Flash your face. Let's see.
I thought you meant something else.
Wow! Where is your mind, friend? Holy cow! We didn't have to wake up early, which was nice. Nina still woke up. When did you wake up? I woke up at 8. You woke up at 8?
I heard something but I don't remember what.
When I got up it was 9. So it was 7 hours. That's not bad. That's not bad. It's nice to wake up when the sun is up. Anyway, so today we're going shopping! We're going to find Nina some new clothes! What do you think, Nina? We're going to find something?
I don't know.
Fingers crossed, fingers crossed, toes crossed.
I don't think your toes can cross.
I can kind of cross my toes with these shoes.
Careful, you're driving!
Whoa! OK, new clothes for Nina. At 2 o'clock I'm also meeting up with a YouTube friend friend of mine, Adam. We've never met in person, just connected online, so that'll be fun meeting up at Starbucks. Hayden, how you feeling today?
A little bit better.
Feel a little bit better? Okay, so off to the first series of malls, maybe get some food, and, uh, that's it. So we were driving by and we saw the Denny's and realized, hey, we haven't had the Denny's yet because we're always rushing in the morning to get to Disney World. So Nina really wanted to have a Denny's, so we're gonna go and eat some 11:30 breakfast. Hayden is busy trying to find 10 differences between 2 pictures. How you doing?
I found this and this, and then I found that and that because they have different teeth.
Yep. You got to find 10.
And then I found that and that.
Keep going. What's Nina going to eat?
I don't know. Omelette or— ooh! Or, um, this sandwich looks good. Maybe this omelette.
Omelette. What do you want? Pizza? No, we got to get something a little healthier. Here's my strategy. I always look for the favorites. So anything Everything with a bell on it says it's a must-have fan favorite. So I'm going to see if I can order off the senior menu because I like this senior scrambled eggs cheddar breakfast. Okay, now we got to pick something for Hayden. Hayden's menu is only lunch stuff, so I'm going to get this humongous Lumberjack Slam, and then we're going to split it so we'll each have a little bit. Nina wants to finish off finding the differences. Nina, this is the kids menu and it's a kids activity guide. You know that, right? Here comes the food. You ready, mister? You ready?
You get nothing!
You get nothing!
Alright!
Yummy! Oh, and the pancakes.
Wow!
Thank you! Okay, we finally made it here. Actually, getting here wasn't that bad, but finding parking was insane. There's 180 stores here, outlet malls, and people are going crazy parking. They're parking up on the grass, they're fighting each other for spots, and we drove all the way around and finally got a spot. So I'm happy. Hayden is here in his stroller, ready to go have some fun, and Nina is ready to go get some some amazing clothes. What are we hoping to find, friends?
I don't know, I just hope we could find stuff.
Let me lock the car. Oh, where's the key? I found the key. Momentary freakout. This is Nina. What are we hoping to find?
I don't know, just look. Tops?
Tops? Shorts? Shorts? Pants? Dresses?
Yeah.
Bathing suits? No. Oh, very sad. Shoes?
Maybe.
Belts?
No.
Earrings?
No.
Underwear?
Yeah. Oh, new underwear.
Here we go. Oh, I got one for you. Here you go. Hahaha. We are only one store in and Nina already has a purchase.
Wah!
Alright, just leaving the store. Nina's happy with her new purchase, her shoes.
Way to go.
It's quarter to 2 and I'm supposed to be meeting Adam at 2, so we gotta find Starbucks and go meet with him. Alright, so I'm here with Adam Ivey. We're at the Starbucks chilling with our caramel frappuccinos. Adam, tell the viewers what your channel's all about.
My current YouTube channel, I have a lot of music parodies on there. Kind of switching gears into more of the music gear reviews, like how to set up a home studio, how to do video editing, how to— that stuff. I'm still gonna do comedy videos, but yeah, year of growth.
And I— so I posted on Facebook that I was coming to Disney, or was at Disney, and then you said, are you in Orlando? Let's meet up. Yeah, I didn't know you're from Orlando, so that worked. How do we first connect? I don't remember.
I think we might have been commenting on the same video that Tim Schmoyer did.
Was that it?
I think so. Okay, you created this video.
Okay, okay.
And then I checked out your channel, liked what you were doing, subscribed, and then we've been kind of going back and forth.
Yeah, okay, okay. Yeah, I just did a guest video with Tim.
I saw that like a week ago, maybe 2 weeks ago.
It went live like— well, no, that was with Derral Eves. Was it a week ago. Tim Schmoyer was like maybe 3 months ago.
I subscribed to all of them.
I'm on all of them too. That's good.
Now I gotta feature. I gotta get featured.
You gotta get on there, man. You gotta share the stories.
One person at a time.
Yeah. Actually, when the Derral Eves thing dropped, that was like a couple days ago, and I'm at my Airbnb place and responding to the comments is ridiculous. It's like, I gotta go to bed, and the comments keep coming in. I like respond to every comment.
His channel has grown so fast over the— I mean, he does amazing videos, quality work, very consistent. Consistency is king on YouTube.
Yeah.
And that's why my channel hasn't grown very much lately. But, uh, yeah, no, his stuff is awesome.
Now you've been dropping some hints I've seen recently saying, "Hey, I'm doing something new, something big, something exciting." Yeah. Are you willing to give a sneak peek of what's happening?
It would take way too long to do on the vlog, but we'll have to do another video. We'll have to do a video collab. Toronto to Orlando.
Okay.
When it drops. It's dropping next month. Next month?
Okay, cool, cool. 2015. Okay. A lot of work to do. I'm excited. I've been feeling like the drops you've been putting out, something's coming, and I'm waiting for it. You're building the excitement. I don't know if that's planned or not, but I'm waiting.
Either I'll have a new business or I'll die, because it's been killing me.
There you go. Look at that. That's some passion. Okay, we're gonna enjoy our drinks, talk some biz, and we'll see you soon. So while I was in my meeting with Adam, Nina went shopping, and my meeting cost me a Michael Kors purse. So Nina's in there right now buying it. Adam, that's an expensive meeting bro.
Thank you. But it was fun.
What do you think about Nina's new purse? Ooh, ah, nice, huh? Two stores we went in together and two things we've bought already. This could be an expensive day.
It's true.
Nina is now dress shopping. How about these?
Uh, no.
Okay, so we just came out of the Guess Factory store, and Nina, after trying on all those things, bought—
bought a pair of pants.
She brought the brown pants. You happy?
Yeah.
Next up is Victoria's Secret. Nina's going to check out some stuff, and you guys are not allowed to see. Not bringing the camera in. Just I get to see. Banana Republic. Alright, we are done shopping. It is— 6:23. How you feeling, mister? Bad. Yeah, Hayden's feeling a little sick. I'm starting to feel a little sick. My throat's kind of scratchy a little bit. How you feeling, babe?
I'm okay.
Nina's okay. We bought some stuff. Successful day. We're gonna go home. We're supposed to be home between 5 and 6, and it's already 6:30. We haven't left yet, so we're gonna go, and, uh, hopefully there's no traffic.
Good morning.
Good morning. It is our last full day here in Florida. Last night I was up late again. I was up till— I went to bed Almost 2 again. Oh my God, I got inspired, I got inspired. I was working on something. Yeah, I'm excited. Big things coming, we'll see. Uh, not ready to announce anything yet, but, but coming soon. Uh, and then I was the first one to get up. That was insane. Around 8, 8 o'clock-ish I got up, and usually Hayden's up by 7, but he was in bed. Nina slept in. Uh, but we have good news. Hayden, what's your good news?
I can walk and run now.
All All of a sudden, Hayden is magically better. He can walk and run now. We're all very excited. We are off to the baseball game. So this is my day. Yes! Evan gets a day. Woo! Yeah, so we get to go to— part of why I come down now is we have spring training for baseball. Blue Jays are going to win everything this year, which is very exciting. So we're going to watch a game. I'm a little sad that it's a split squad. I didn't realize. So half the team is here and half the team is playing somewhere else. So we are gonna drive about an hour and a half, I guess a little bit more, an hour and 45 minutes to get to Dunedin, Florida. Maybe pick up a coffee on the way. What do you think?
Yeah.
Yeah, and that's our last day before we have to wake up tomorrow early. Anyway, Nina's looking cute in her Blue Jays outfit. Well, that's it. It's 10:30. We're off to a good start and go Jays go! We are in a lot of traffic and I'm not happy and I feel like we were in traffic last last year we got there just after it started and I was super sick. Oh my god, I'm kind of sick now too. What's happening? This is not great.
Okay, don't get sick.
Don't get sick. Don't get sick.
I bought you some lemon water.
I got stuff to do, lives to change, people to help. It's Daddy's Day. And it's Daddy's Day. Can't be sick on Daddy's Day. Any traffic is looking better. Okay, good. Go, go, go. Here we go. So we found the first Starbucks in miles. Miles and decided to stop, but made us late.
So Evan got a venti caramel frappe. Mmm, yummy. And he got me a— what'd you get me?
Oh right, you said surprise. It's a venti caramel macchiato.
Oh, and then Peyton got a special water.
Now we're very late and we need to hustle. Everybody hustle! Everybody close your eyes for the next hour. Here we go. So we've been stuck in this traffic for a while now, and we're supposed to get there now as the game is starting. So we are now officially late, and we just discovered that it's because there's some accident here, and everybody's slowing down to watch this motorcycle that got hit by this car. Oh no.
Wow.
It's pretty bad.
So we're going to be late.
But why is—
okay. And we're low on gas.
Great.
Yeah. All right, we made it in. We, we had to deal with Hayden needing to go to the bathroom, us needing to get food, and us needing to get gas. But we parked. We are 40 minutes late, so we're, we're late, but we're gonna go in. Nina's got her hat on. Oh, and her shirt. We have our matching shoes. And here we go. Go Jays, go! Next time, mental note: leave early. Go Jays, go! How's your shoulder?
It's burning. It's red, actually.
It's a little bit numb.
Who is the best guy in the world?
Evan. Daddy.
Nina.
Nina's not a guy. Take game, take Mia to the crown. Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jacks. I don't care if I never get back. And we'll root, root for the whole team. If they don't win, it's a shame. For it's 1, 2, 3 strikes, you're out at the old ball game. Aiden is now also becoming a videographer. Taking his videos.
It's you and Oka. You go, Oka!
Okay, so we're heading into the last inning, bottom of the 9th, and we're losing 5-3. We got to get some runs or we're going to lose. What do you think? We're going to make it?
I don't know.
Yeah! Nina's nervous. Nina's nervous. She's praying. She's praying here. Praying to the baseball gods. We lost. So sad. So sad. Nina's shocked. We lost, mister. Time to get in the car, fight the traffic, make our way home. So it's 8 o'clock and just passed, and Hayden needs to get ready for bed. He's in his pajamas and already had his bath and everything, and we had to make one last video for today because Christina, my video editor, showed one of our videos to her kids. She has two sons who saw Hayden's Darth Vader toothbrush, and they became obsessed with it, and they, they wanted to have their own Darth Vader toothbrush. So we went back to the store, and they were all sold out of the Darth Vader toothbrush. We got two Obi-Wan Kenobi toothbrushes.
Watch it, the good guy one lights up.
Lights up? Let's show. Pretty cool, right? Pretty cool.
Do you want to see mine?
Let's see yours. There you go, powerful. So we're going to send these to Christina's boys, but first what I want you to do, we're going to make a card for them, from Hayden card, because you, you found these. Okay, so make a card for them. So tell me what this is.
That's me, and that's two of Daddy's boys, and that's my name.
Perfect. You want to hold it up and smile?
Cheese!
So tomorrow we have to wake up super early, uh, I think around 5:30 to get to the airport and return our car and do all that fun stuff, catch our flight to go home. So Hayden needs to get to sleep, and we're gonna pack pack up, get ready to go, and we're coming home to N-City. Toronto, here we come.
Good night!
Good morning! It is— what time is it?
6:01.
Nina kind of has shaky hands from all the alcohol she consumed last night.
Uh-huh, I know. Oh my God, it is so bright out that Evan has to wear sunglasses.
That's true, why am I wearing sunglasses? So dark! What am I doing? Oh, so much easier to see.
Here, give it to me.
Oh wow, I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know, I got all this stuff. Uh, it's early. Yep, we have to leave at 8 and it's 6. We got to take the car back, we got to get some gas, we got to get everything ready. And, uh, yeah.
Jedi training.
Okay, let's go quickly through what our favorite part of the trip was for everybody. Jedi training. Okay.
I have 2.
OK, your 2. Favorite 2.
Figment and Jedi Training.
Figment and Jedi Training, OK.
I think the favorite part is— I don't know. The thunder ride?
Oh, Big Thunder Mountain.
Yeah, Big Thunder Mountain. And this place actually. This place is really big.
I'm going to go with spending time with my family! I'm going to focus on driving, get us there and get on the airplane. And go home to Toronto. Alright, we made it. We took the car back. It took forever, but we made it. We're gonna be boarding in about 15 minutes. Again, I didn't have to go through security. I didn't have to take off my shoes. Please do not leave the luggage unattended at any time. With my 5-toe shoes. And I'm gonna go find us some coffee and some breakfast, and then we're gonna get on the plane and come home. So we made it home. Uh, it's nighttime and we haven't filmed anything since we left, basically. Uh, we got on the airplane and just started to crash hard from the lack of sleep, and then I got nauseous in the plane, and, uh, anyway, we weren't in the best of moods. I was feeling sick, and so we didn't film anything. We came home and napped immediately, fell asleep. Sleep. And then we went shopping and we got some food. Nina's making some smoothies. Oh, you're putting chia seeds in there? I gained a bit of weight from those daily frappuccinos and ice cream. Yeah, we didn't talk about the ice cream and the beer. Anyway, so—
Nothing wrong with beer, only one beer a day.
Anyway, time to eat healthy, time to get back to our regular life. And what else do we want to say? Lose some weight. Yeah, dancing again. And anyway, so thank you for joining us on our trip. Hopefully it was—
you enjoyed the video. Hopefully you enjoyed the videos.
Good. What happened? We will be back on a regular schedule now that I'm home and can start filming again. Again. So back to the entrepreneur advice and wisdom for the next couple weeks. And, uh, that's it. Believe. We'll see you soon. Bye.
