We don't just stop at becoming debt free. We talk about the other side of debt, which is how can one leverage debt to create cash flow? How can one leverage debt to create arbitrage and to offset interest costs? And there's a lot of unique, creative ways that we can leverage debt to either accelerate it or create more cash flow by accumulating more assets. In my personal case, over the next two to three years, I've got a primary focus of becoming debt free as it pertains to the value of my home, completely paying that off. And then my wife has six figures of student loans that I also want to pay off in full. And then outside of that, I'm completely debt free. I don't carry any other debt. So although math would show that I could easily not pay off the student loans, let's say, and maybe not accelerate the home and rather invest my money elsewhere, create positive arbitrage, create, offset, leverage the home for the tax and benefits and the tax deduction that you get for paying the mortgage interest and all this stuff. No doubt math would tell me I'd probably end up with more money if, if I just invest my money in my business and other assets. But when it comes to application, when it comes to implementation, when it comes to faith, when it comes to my walk in this new marriage of mine that I have and the life I want to live, an intentional life, by me paying off this mortgage early, by me accelerating my wife's student loans early, I'm going to show up more powerfully for you, my audience, my clients, my family, my wife. God, I'm just going to be able to show up more powerfully as an individual and serve at the highest level.
