Welcome everyone, we are live on the YouTube. Welcome, welcome. If this is your very first time, my name is Denzel Rodriguez, your personal finance geek of the 21st century, and today is a different, very different kind of video livestream workshop, very different from what you normally would watch on this channel, which is predominantly focused on your personal finances and how we can achieve financial freedom in a desired timeline. With that being said, today is some announcements that I have to share with you. One of the big, big announcements that I have is I will be taking a sabbatical, so you will not see me live on YouTube for the next 3 weeks. I'm going to be taking a sabbatical from May 15th all the way to June 5th of this year. The last sabbatical I took was July 21st through August 7th in 2023. So coming up on just about 3 years since my last sabbatical, and that was my very first one. I learned so much from that. If you're here tuning in live or catching the recording, let me know if you have ever taken a sabbatical before and what was your experience like? And if you've never taken a sabbatical before, don't know what it means, don't know how it works, comment below. I truly, truly believe that every person should and needs to take a sabbatical sometime in their, in their life work that they do. So if you're someone who's discovered their purpose, You're building a business, you're building a career, you're building a family, you're building a life. At some point, everyone will experience this, these feelings that present themselves as anxiety, feelings of tiredness, burnt out, stress, highly stressed. And what will happen, you have two options. Either A, you listen to your body, produce a plan to help your body recharge, reset, rest, so that it can continue to operate at its highest performance on your terms. Or B, your body will force you into some type of a sabbatical. We may call that a break. We may call that a vacation, a travel. We might call that a setback where your body literally cannot move on forward. You may end up in the hospital. You might have to go through a procedure. You might come down with a severe sickness, a disease, you name it. There's a circumstance that occurs that just puts everything secondary. Your body, your health becomes priority. And then after you overcome and heal from that traumatic event that occurred due to your lack of listening to your body, From that point on, people usually then take a rest, a break. They pivot, they quit something, they stop doing another thing. But unfortunately, like, you didn't get to really experience the full power of a sabbatical and all the benefits that come with it. And you, you almost did it because you were forced to do it because your body literally couldn't go on. So if you ever do any research whatsoever on planning a sabbatical, you might see some content creators break it down, their plan, how it works. I'm gonna do a version of that, but I'm also gonna explain it from the perspective of it not being a last resort option for your body and for your health. Rather, Can we design a sabbatical that is intentional, it's planned, and it's— consider it preventative care for your body? Most sabbaticals that I see people take online, the way they talk about it is as if it was their last option, and they're like, forced into this corner of needing to like take one year off and go travel the world, go hug some trees, and, you know, get grounded with the earth and try new things. And it's just kind of sporadic, it's random. Don't get me wrong, all that is good. I just believe the languaging that got them there versus intentional life-breathing language that can set up a sabbatical to be absolutely life-changing, transformational, and then can— coming out of a sabbatical, you are on fire for your faith, for your family, for your business, for your clients, for the people that you serve, your friends and family. You are just a rocket ship that is just going so fast, and your ability to serve, your performance is, is just firing off. It's amazing to, to witness that. And from there, you can begin to plan the next sabbatical, and it's just— you're intentional with it rather than it being a last resort, rather than it rather than showing up to a sabbatical saying, "I'm burnt out, and now this sabbatical is going to be my solution." That's not how I want to sell, present, or teach on sabbatical today, sabbatical planning. So that's one of the very big announcements that we're just going to spend a masterclass just discussing that about. I'm going to open up with gratitude. And just grace, saying thank you to everyone that's here live, those that are catching the recordings. It is because of you, my loyal subscribers, followers, clients, financial supporters, business partners, that have made it actually possible where I can realize financial freedom, financial independence, and the ability to literally stop working, not make money, not work to make money, take 3 weeks off in a consecutive time frame and not have a single worry about money. The reason why that's possible is two things: I got in alignment with my values and beliefs. I am centered with my faith. That's part of it. So my faith in the Lord and getting in alignment with, with his will and purpose over my life, me studying and mastering that purpose delivering it to you, and then you are the second part, you receiving it, saying, "I trust this guy. I like this guy. I feel like I know him. I feel like he can help me selfishly." That's what you're— that's the viewer, the customer, selfishly saying, "I believe he can help me, so I am going to transfer, I'm going to exchange "some of my hard-earned money, and I'm gonna give it to this guy on the internet, and I'm going to hope, I'm going to assume, I am betting that he will deliver what it is that he's saying on these videos to me personally." That's you. So for the thousands of people over the last 8 years that said yes, in the form of subscribing, commenting, liking the video, sharing, testimonies, Google reviews on my business page, actual business transaction, purchasing products and services that I offer and provide to you, whether through me directly or through my business partners. Thank you. It would not be possible without you. You're the works of everything I've been planting. You're the harvest for everything that I'm able to do, and my faith coming from the Lord has given me the power and authority to deliver the things that you're here for, that you desire. So I'm going to open up with gratitude there, grace, and just say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you. What an amazing opportunity." And now I'm going to share with you my personal sabbatical plan, and I'm going to give you the context. Under no circumstance do I feel burnt out, stressed, tired. Frustrated, lost, identity crisis, business not going the way I want, income worries, fears. None of that is influencing me to do this sabbatical. Rather, business is good, health is good, marriage is amazing, family is healthy, friends are good. My business partners watching, catching the recording, they're well. Their families are good. They're, they're rock and rolling in their business. My clients doing well, making progress, holding themselves accountable. Me holding you accountable. The content, the YouTube channel, it's going well. We're helping thousands of people. The material is helping thousands of people for free. Courses, programs, tax planning, strategy, investments, savings, life insurance. All is well. Yet I am choosing to take the pedal off the gas and to coast and to stop and rest and reflect going into the sabbatical knowing that my body needs it. It's saying, "I need this," and so I'm providing it very early on before I'm put in a position where I'll be forced. Either my body's just gonna give out, it's gonna pass out, end up in the hospital, whatever it may be. So I'm avoiding all that. This is preventative care. This is healing, this is restoration, this is clarity and alignment. Okay, with that being said, let's take it to the whiteboard. Here are the parameters of this sabbatical. My first sabbatical back in 2023 was more of a challenge for me to not work, to literally like put the phone down, put the emails away, not take any phone calls. And I was able to pass successfully. I was like 97% successful. There was the 3% I answered a couple emails during that sabbatical, so that was like a little tiny, tiny, tiny bit of work. I declared that a win because I truly was able to disconnect from social media, disconnect from the business, and just rest. And rest in the finished works of my Father in Heaven and what he's done for me, and trust that everything will be taken care of. All my clients, channel, everything be taken care of. This sabbatical is not a challenge. It's an intention to say during this sabbatical, in order is how I put this, number one is to increase my faith by simply just reading the word of God. And praying over the word as I read it. My plan is not to necessarily read a certain amount or finish the whole book. Rather, just read it with no expectation, reading it for pure joy. The enjoyment of reading the Word of God, spending time with my Father, my Creator, hearing his voice, spending time with me, reading the Word with my wife, and again praying over it. Recently, my wife and I have been doing a, a 75-day hard that we've been pretty successful at. And the parameters of the 75 Day Hard was for 75 days straight, we are gonna work out 2 times a day, or in essence, 2 activities a day. So it could be a workout at the gym and it could be walking. So the intention was 2 workouts, 2 activities per day, read the Word of God every day, couple pages together and no eating out. No eating out and no alcohol. We have been successful, 100% successful, no alcohol. Okay, not the easiest thing in the world to do for some. For us, alcohol is an enjoyment for us. It's not an addiction for us. So when we go out on a date, out to dinner, we might have a drink, the both of us, and, and that's it. Or we hang out with friends, go dancing, might have a drink. So no alcohol, 75 days straight. We've been 100% successful there. No eating out, we've been like 85 to 90% successful with that. We did eat out a few times, whether it was like we just were super tired, didn't want to cook anything, or literally didn't have enough to make a meal at home according to what we wanted to eat. And then boom, we decided to eat out. So we're about 85-95%, 85-90% successful with that over the last 75 days. Working out, every day, I would declare that about a 50%, 50— let's go with 60, maybe a high of 70, but more like, more like low 60% successful there. Not the best, although much more than previously. Okay, so those, those things are still ongoing. Into my sabbatical, which is about to end in terms of no eating out and no alcohol. During my sabbatical, we're gonna be eating out, we're gonna be drinking some alcohol, okay? We're gonna be having fun. I am traveling, so I will be trying new drinks, trying new foods, all the good stuff, right? But top of the list: increase faith, read the word of God, Next is health and wellness. I'm talking all the goodies that when you— if you're in this world of health and wellness, then, then you know. If you have no idea what red light is, IV therapy, chirotherapy, PMF cleansing, chiropractic, facials— if you don't know that stuff, you're truly missing out on a lot of this. So, you know, med spas, like I'm gonna be doing the whole nine, just doing all the things to just make the body feel amazing. Okay. So we're gonna be doing that all throughout the sabbatical. This is all appointment-based. That's just me booking time all throughout the week and having a blast with that. Third, traveling to Spain with my wife. We're going away for a week, going to Barcelona. We're celebrating 10 years being together, 1 year married. So we're celebrating our marriage, we're celebrating our anniversary was on May 11th. So we're traveling during the sabbatical, and that's going to be a blast. Next, once I get back From the Spain trip, I'm going to be vision planning and business planning. I've been in business now for 8 years. I started in August of 2018 and then officially started my business with the state, the LLC entity structure, in January of 2019. So if we're counting January 2019 to now, been in business, what's that, 8 years. So it'll be, it'll be 8 years, August, 7-ish years now. So we can just round it, call it 8 years in business doing the same exact thing saying the same message. I help moms. I serve moms. I'm here to serve moms, single moms, divorced moms, widows, helping them master their personal finances, rediscovering their kingdom authority, establishing financial freedom and independence and financial security for their family, leaving a legacy. Boom. That started as a dream, as an idea, it is now in force the last 8 years. Over the last 8 years, I've personally worked with over 1,500+ families on a one-to-one basis, over 1,500 families across the United States, some in Canada, some in Australia, and one in Israel, and that's about it. Uh, and then like 2 or 3 people in the UK. But predominantly US. And in addition to those 1,500 families, I've probably interacted with a few thousand families, whether it was through workshops, speaking engagements, collaborations on other YouTube channels, other forums, other courses, trainings, things like that. Then in terms of reach, with this YouTube channel alone, this YouTube channel has reached over 5+ million views. I could take a look, actually see what that exact number is real quick so I give you guys accurate information. So since the channel has been in existence We have 5.4 million views on, on this channel alone, not counting all the collaborative videos I've done on other people's channels. You could probably throw another 2 million plus on, on top of that number. So the reach is absolutely amazing, incredible, an absolute blessing. And honor there. So vision planning, business planning is like, okay, Denzel, how do we make the next 8 years even more impactful than the first 8 years? How do we continue to increase? So the vision planning, the business plan is going to incorporate the next 8 years. What does that look like? It's also going to incorporate my personal life, kids, raising a family, becoming a father, increasing my role as a husband, a provider, all these different things. Just gonna be writing, planning, creative work there. Next is gonna build on top of vision planning, which is creative planning. Gonna be working on some content projects, some fun stuff. So as you may know, As of now, I've been working on a big project on YouTube, which is how to find the right HELOC. That's a project I've been working on, how to find the right HELOC. I've literally been going state by state where I do deep research on each and every state, finding banks that offer the most attractive home equity line of credit in the second position. So that's a project that I started last year, still working on it. I think I have like 20-ish states left to go. I want to say there's like 30 states covered that you can go watch right now, and no matter what state you live in, you follow the framework, which is the exact framework for every single video, you will find the right home equity line of credit for your situation to potentially either do velocity banking accelerated strategy with, with a second lien HELOC, or leverage for investment to create more cash flow. One of the two, or maybe both. So that project will continue. I'll work on that most likely during my sabbatical, where if I have a creative idea in my mind and I want to create some content Like I said, I'm not going to go live, but I will, you know, click the lights on, turn the cameras on, turn the mic, and just create with flow. You know, when it comes to creating content, for me, it's a dance. And as many of you may know, love to dance. So how to find the right HELOC is a project I will continue working on. Another fun one that I was recently inspired to start doing is a Velocity Banking— we'll call it scam series. Velocity Banking is a scam myth series. So basically I will be thoroughly investigating all of the videos that are out there today. And there are some that have been going a little bit viral recently that has been shedding a light on some of the misrepresentations or the misleading practices on how velocity banking works, how it's taught. The math, the numbers, all that. I'm gonna be doing a whole series where I just demystify certain myths about velocity banking and approaching it from both angles. What I mean by that is addressing the anti-velocity banking channels or content creators, people who are against the strategy, think it is a flat-out scam, and just proving them wrong, just using math, keeping all the emotion out of it, just using math. Then also addressing content that may oversell, overhype the, the strategy or mislead in any way, and just being fully transparent, saying, look, here is how velocity banking is taught in this manner, but if it was taught like this, then it would improve the numbers. One of the big things going around right now on, on YouTube in this space, my good friend Caleb Better Wealth just put a video out not too long ago with a gentleman by the name of Zach, and he is flat out calling Velocity Banking a scam. He's in the process of filing a lawsuit, doing a bunch of things. To go specifically go after a company called Renatus and then present their practices, how they teach and how they sell velocity banking, and, and then him using the math that is against that. There's things that I absolutely agree with him on. There's things that I don't. The biggest things I don't agree with him on is how he's presenting the strategy and then pairing that with a calculator to say that doesn't work. You almost have to separate it because then you have to say, well, what are the variables? What are the variables that you're using to show that your math is correct. And one of the things he did on, on Caleb's channel was demonstrate how borrowing from a 21% line of credit to pay off a 6% loan doesn't make sense mathematically. Now, anybody with a brain that isn't being influenced, sold Anyone that just stopped for 2 seconds, rested, and evaluated that notion— does it make sense to borrow at 21% to pay off a 6%? The answer is no. So Zach and I agree with on that, that yeah, no, does not make sense to borrow at 21% to pay off or consolidate a 6% loan. I think most people do not need a math degree to figure that out. And that was like an hour and a half discussion on the video, and that's pretty much where we landed at. This is what velocity banking is. So he kind of painted velocity banking as that, and I'm like, dude, no one's doing that, that I know. And if they are Shame on the person selling that, and also shame on the person who bought that, because that just— it just doesn't make sense. Now, if you had a 21% credit card, because I've never seen a line of credit that high of an interest rate. So let's say you had a 21% credit card that came with a 0% offer for 21 months where you don't get charged 21%, and the balance transfer fee is between 3 and 5%. And you transfer a 6% loan into a 21% debt that is currently charging you 0% for 21 months, do the variables change? Absolutely. Does it make sense to move 6% into a 21% APR credit card that is currently offering a 0% for 21 months, and it's only between 3% and 5% to transfer the balance of that 6% loan. Would you sign up for that? Would you do that move? More often than not, the answer is gonna be yes, depending on the circumstance. That makes Makes plenty sense because now I can take whatever the payment I was making on that 6% loan, call it $500. I can now pay $500, 100% of my $500 is principal. I paid a 3% fee upfront to do the transaction. I have 21 months of 0%. And if I run the math, I take that $500 payment and the extra discretionary income that I have, cash flow, put it on top of the 0%, would the balance be paid off faster than if I would have left it at 6%? So now that we've changed the variables and you inject the strategy of Velocity Banking, is that now a scam? So I've been inspired to help folks understand, okay, wait, what are we calling a scam? Are we calling the product a scam? A 21% line of credit, a credit card, a home equity line? Are we literally out here calling financial products scam, or are we calling the strategy a scam? What is the strategy at the end of the day? The Velocity Banking strategy at the end of the day is using some kind of a line of credit— credit card, personal line of credit, business line of credit, home equity line of credit First, second lien. Those are your options. 5 options. That's it. The 6th one requires another asset, and that's cash value collateral line of credit, but that requires another product, so we'll leave that out for now. We really have 5 products to choose from: first lien, second lien, PLOC, BLOC, credit cards. That's it. Velocity Banking Strategy says You can use all of your income and deposit it into one of these tools and reaccess that money to pay your bills when they're due. And when your bills are not due, your income can sit in the line of credit, effectively reducing your overall cost of interest on a daily basis. That's it. So are we calling that a scam, which is the legal use of these financial products? Or what I'm more in alignment with is not saying scam, and we say misrepresentation of the product and the strategy. Zach and I agree on that part. Hey, if someone told me to borrow this 21% credit card to pay off this 6% car loan, not only am I gonna look at them with 3 heads, I'm also gonna say, hey, with grace, that is misleading. Because why do I have to use a credit card at 21% when I could have borrowed a home equity line of credit today at prime minus 1%, get a rate at 5.5% today, get an intro rate at 4.99% for the next 12 months, no closing costs, no balance transfer fees, no annual fees. So again, you change the variables Keep the strategy foundational principles, how you can legally use the products, and pair that with someone's financial situation and desire to pay off debt. How is that not a recipe for serving people at the highest level, exposing them to things they just didn't know about debt and how they could use a tool? How they could effectively use a debt tool that's provided from the banks. So I'm more in alignment with saying, hey, there's misrepresentation going on, there's misleading, there's an overselling, there's an overhyping. That I can agree with. But to say something is a scam, first off, who is being affected by this scam, meaning if I got a HELOC, did I not get the HELOC? Like, if I go to the bank and apply for a home equity line of credit, get approved and all, and then when it's at closing, no one gives me a HELOC, I would say that is a scam because I either paid for something, you ran my credit, I now have an inquiry from this bank, and now this bank is not giving me this home equity line of credit. That would be a scam. Or if I hired Denzel to be my financial accountability partner and I paid him $4,000 to coach me on my personal finances and help me implement this strategy and hold me accountable and run the numbers with me, and I pay the 4 grand and Denzel doesn't show up to the phone calls, he's a no-show, can't get a hold of him. That would be a scam because you didn't get the product, you didn't get the service. Makes sense. So that's a project I'm going to be working on, having some fun with a little bit during the sabbatical, but definitely it'll be after the sabbatical that you'll start seeing a whole series on that. Then it's just rest. Maybe I'll sleep in a little bit more. I'll take my time making breakfast, making lunch, making dinner, working out, riding bike, just allowing myself to enjoy the time pass throughout the days of this sabbatical. Relationship building is another thing. So if you're a client but you're also a friend, meaning you've been working with me for years and we built a really strong relationship. Don't be surprised if I give you a call, reach out, just see how you're doing, checking in. It won't really be like a financial discussion, rather just checking in, uh, gratitude. So this is the whole layout of my sabbatical plan, what I'll be doing, and I have 3 weeks to accomplish all of this. Which will already get done on automation. A lot of these things are already planned, booked, ready to go. Now let's go over the investment. The investment to do this sabbatical the way I want to do it is going to be anywhere between $15,000 and $18,000. This factors everything, factors in all of the health and wellness stuff, all the, all the appointments that I've been paying for, all the services that I'll be paying for. This factors in my flights to Spain. I, uh, the biggest cost is really the traveling to Spain. My wife and I are flying first class, so those tickets are like, I think they were like 6,000-7,000 a pop each for round trip. And then the hotel is free. I use points for that. I'm not going to be renting a car. So we'll probably pay for Ubers. Well, you know, we will pay for Ubers to and from the airport, maybe when we want to go from one town to another. Food, shopping, we're going to see a concert, so it factors in concert tickets for that. We may go see another type of show. We might, uh, we're doing some— we're doing a, like, a dinner experience. I forgot what they call it, but some kind of dinner experience where the restaurant, like, takes you through their whole entire, you know, process, how they make a certain meal. So factors in all that, we're going to see museums here and there, factors in everything, estimated coming out about $15,000 to $18,000 to do the investment for the sabbatical. So understand, when you decide to do a sabbatical, there is an investment that it's going to cost. You don't have to make it as expensive as I'm doing. Just so happens that's what it is. Then on top of that, there is a perceived loss. P-E-R-C-I-V-E-D. Is that— hopefully I spelled that right. Don't know. There's this perceived financial loss when you decide to take however much time you take off. During the, the sabbatical. What is this perceived loss? Whatever you would normally make working your 9-to-5 or working in your business is the perceived loss. For some people who are employed, you— if you work for a big company, in some cases you can take a sabbatical and it's fully paid for. So there is no perceived financial loss if you're a W-2. Where it can get a little tricky for entrepreneurs, so me, entrepreneur, business owner, I have to produce my own income, I have to produce my own products and services to provide to the public and be paid for that. So when I take off from my business, Not 100% of my income is passive today. Still, the majority of my income, over 50% of my income, is still active income. So there is no sabbatical pay that's coming from somewhere else to replace how much I can earn in a week. So let's say I'm just gonna go off of my last year's numbers, that my average income in a month was about $21,000, $22,000. Okay, so if we break that down, $22,000 divided by 4, is about $5,500. So the perceived loss, in my case, there's a perceived estimated loss of $16,500. That's the perceived financial loss by me not working for the next 3 weeks. I am going to lose out on potentially making $16,500 because on average per week with active income, I could probably make more than $5,000 per week on average is, is the typical flow. So that is the perceived loss. Let me know if you got any questions on, you know, perceived loss, perceived financial loss, and the investment part of it. I'll definitely address your questions there. So let's tally this up. We'll take the high, $16,500 plus $18,000. So I'll lose $34,500. That's, that's the assumption that I'm gonna lose money by going on this sabbatical. The way I look at it is what if by me taking 3 weeks— by me taking 3 weeks produced 3 years of $5,500 weeks? What if, what if that was the case? What if 3 weeks produced 3 years of consistent $5,500 weeks? How many weeks in a year? 52 times 3. 156 times $5,500, the potential gain on the low end is $858,000, an extra $286,000 in income per year. What if you ran that formula for your sabbatical plan. You evaluate the investment that it's gonna take because you're gonna spend money during your sabbatical to do certain things that you want to do, depending on how packed you make your sabbatical. If you've never done a sabbatical before, I would not pack. I would pick like 1, 2, 3 things top. My first sabbatical, like I said, the main thing was just don't work. That was the hardest thing I had to get over. Just don't work, Denzel. Do whatever you want. Go work out, go have fun, go on dates, go spend more time with family and friends. Do whatever you want, just don't work. And I was 97% successful with that. Now, my second sabbatical— this is packed. There's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, there's 8 intentional things that I want to accomplish during the sabbatical. The perceived loss is $34,500. The potential gain is $858,000 over the next 3 years that I could produce if my income stayed the same. That's, that's if my income stays the same. So when you take a rest, you take a break, you're not— the goal is not to make more money per se. I would say because I'm in alignment with my values and beliefs, because I know who my Father in Heaven is, because I know my purpose, because I master my life, because I understand my body, as a result of that, more wealth enters my ecosystem, my ecosphere. More wealth enters it. I don't care about the money. I understand money is a result of intentional action led by faith, backed up with work. So, so a sabbatical is a different form of work. It's a form of rest, form of peace. Sometimes some of us have to work to get to peace. Like, I don't know if that makes sense for some of you. Like, some of you have a very, very, very, very hard time not working. Cuz if you're not working, you're not at peace. So how do you solve for peace and enjoyment by not working on the thing that you love to do? Let's say some cases it's the opposite. Some of you feel like you can't take a break. Because you have to work. To what? Make money. To what? Provide for your family. So many of you feel like you can't take a break because you can't afford the perceived loss. When you get over that and run this formula to say, look, if you don't take this break, you run the risk of your body shutting down without notice to you, and you end up in the hospital, or you end up with a disease, you end up with an issue, cancer, something. You end up with something that literally puts the brakes. You see, when I'm taking my sabbatical, I'm not, I'm not breaking. I'm just letting off the gas, letting the vehicle coast. Matter of fact, I'm putting cruise control on, keeping the same speed, but without me having to drive the vehicle. Follow me? Perceived loss, potential gain. Look at the difference. I avoid my body shutting down without notice, which means it could potentially produce 3 years of consistency where my body literally does not feel like it's slowing down, doesn't feel tired, doesn't feel lost, doesn't feel like it's— I did— there were an identity crisis. Doesn't feel sick, none of it. I can honestly tell you, like, in the last 3 years, from the first time I took my sabbatical to now, I probably only got sick once or twice. So what, what I began to notice What I'm doing right now, this is forming a pattern. It's like I tell you, the last sabbatical I took was just about 3 years ago. Over the last 3 years, life happened. Life kept on happening, good or bad. Things pile up. Conversations, arguments, new clients, new business, family issues. Different things. Like, in the last 3 years of my life has been insane. Like, literally insane. This— the speed at which my life has been moving has been insane from 2023 to now. Just, just to give you some of the highlights, end of 2020 3, I believe I had my first live event. I, I always get it mixed up whether it was December of 2023 or December of 2024. I always forget, it's one of those years. But in that time frame, hosted my first live event, bought my first house, which I'm now in. So, so there was a move, had to move from one apartment to here. I built out this studio, created walls in this house that didn't exist, painting, did multiple projects around this house, spent well over $50,000 in just repairs on this, on this home, got engaged, got married. Did the honeymoon, bought my mom a house. My mom was living with us, then I buy her a house, and now, now she's living in that home. Now I have 2 properties under my name, and we're managing that. So now, in that figuring out how to actually live on my own. So in the last year after my wife and I got married in February of 2025, bought my mom a house in May, the day before I went on my honeymoon, closed on the house, right? I was like, here you go, Ma, thank God. And then we flew out, did the honeymoon, came back by like July of '25. Mom moves out. So from July 25 to now, 2026, my wife and I, we've been figuring out how to live on our own, make our own food, right? Like figure out our routine, our schedule. My older sister buys a house. She also got married. She also went on her own honeymoon in this time frame. Couple weeks ago, Sister gets in a car accident. Car got totaled. She's fine, couple of injuries, nothing severe, but did have to— she is in physical therapy right now healing from those injuries. Vehicle was totaled. She had to get a new car. I was able to give her my existing car. I just got another car, so I got another lease. Now I got 4 cars. I got a fleet of cars at this point. Helping the fam out. And here we are after— like, when you do an audit on your life and you're like, oh my God, I overcame that, I overcame this, I overcame that, this traumatic thing happened, this traumatic thing happened, that traumatic thing happened. Like, my sister-in-law got in a car accident Her best friend passed away in the car. My sister-in-law was in the hospital for like 2, 3 weeks. That was like a forced break where we were in and out of the hospital every day. We— there was nights where we slept at the hospital. Like, that was a traumatic event that occurred. Someone died, sister-in-law nearly died. So we're talking boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. When you, when you do an audit on your life, and I challenge everyone in here to do that, do an audit on your life the last 3 years like I'm doing, and just go through all the big events that happened in your life, good or bad, positive or negative, impactful, traumatic, chaotic, death. Write it all down. Make a list. Look at it. See how it makes you feel. Do you cry? Or do you get excited? Do you get sad? Are you in fear? Do you get stressed? Get anxiety just looking at the entire list? I can tell you when I did my own personal self-audit reviewing these things, I said, "Hey man." "Hey buddy." We might have to slow down a little bit. I need to process the fact that these things happened in my life. And in the moment, I'm very— I'm a fixer in the moment. I'm a problem solver in the moment. So I don't really express a whole lot of emotion in the moment. It's the afterwards. I'm the type of person like afterwards, I'm like, Why am I thinking this way? I might randomly like get a mean headache or I start feeling tense. I'm like sweating out of nowhere and I'm like processing. I'm getting jittery. I'm scratching. My skin's breaking out. So I'll have those reactions and those are signs for me. Those are signs like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hey buddy, like in the brain, like, like red flags are going off. Hey, hey, we're gonna have to address these traumatic events that occurred in your life. We're gonna have to talk to someone, mentorship, pastor, pray, meditate, read the word, health and wealth. We're going to need to account for the traumatic events that occurred in your life. We're gonna need to account for these things. Okay, cool. That started happening for me right after I crossed one year married with my wife. I immediately started having these thoughts. So I was like, oh, all right, we're gonna plan this sabbatical. Okay, I'm gonna be real intentional. And because we already had the flight booked for Spain, over like 8, 9 months ago, I booked the flights to go to Spain in '25. So I didn't think I was going to do a sabbatical then, but I knew I was going to block out at least a week and a half. And then after I crossed the 1 year, I said, you know what, let me just make this a sabbatical since I'm already taking a break. So we'll travel, we'll enjoy. May is our month, that's our anniversary month. That's where we get to, you know, rest in all the things that we're doing together. And I said, okay, I'll make it 3 weeks. My first sabbatical was like 2 and a half, I think, if you do the math. 21st to August 7th, I think it was like 2 weeks and a half. This is a full solid 3 weeks starting today and ending June 5th. And right when I get back from my sabbatical, I have a speaking engagement. June 5th through the 7th is a 3-day event in my local area, which I'll share with you in a bit. Would love for anyone to fly down to South Florida, come hang out with me for 3 days. Let's mastermind together. I'll tell you all about my successful sabbatical. So again, coming back to this perceived loss when you are planning a sabbatical. It's truly not a loss. There's an upfront cost. There is a, there is a real opting out of income creation for those 3 weeks, very intentional, which can produce massive wealth for a period of time. The pattern that I believe for my life— it might be different for, for you, okay? You might be able to go 5 years in terms of your first sabbatical compared to the next. For me, it's like perfect. When I tell you perfect timing, I was just talking to a close friend breaking this down. I'm just kind of looking at certain things in terms of the timing of this sabbatical. So it's 3 years later, right? Beautiful things come in 3, right? So it's 3 years later from my first sabbatical. I'm now 30 years old. That's when Jesus started his ministry. I have reached expert mastery in my practice which means I've put over 10,000 hours in consultations and working with people on a one-to-one basis, teaching what I'm teaching to people and doing it. So I've hit expert mastery level. 8 years in business. I get to now look at the next 8 years. My wife and I are planning out, okay, family, when do we start building a family? So it's like perfect, perfect timing. 2026, May, boom, here's what's gonna go down. And I personally believe that if I dedicate 3 weeks, reset, recharge, reboot, rest, that that'll produce 3 more years or more of consistent income-building weeks. But set aside the income alone, just 3 years of good health, no issue. 3 years of consistent Consistent consistency, consistent good health, consistent wealth, consistent alignment, consistent alignment, consistent clarity. I don't have to guess whether I'm in alignment or not. I don't have to guess whether I'm clear or not on the vision that I have. It's, it's, it's there. It's been written down. It's secure. It's cemented. It is what it is. Okay, so that concludes my biggest announcement regarding the sabbatical. I have a couple of other smaller announcements. Now, some of you already know this if you are subscribed to my email list. Then you're the first to know about these things. But, but as of today, this is my first time announcing live on my YouTube channel my new coaching program. So for the first 3 months, 3, 4 months out of the year, I stopped taking on clients and I just go all in on the new clients I just enrolled existing clients, fortifying existing relationships. I will do a mastermind, I'll read more, I'll study more, I'll take the time to improve my craft, fortify existing relationships, see if a new partnership needs to be added to fulfill a certain service for, for clients. So that's what I've been doing all of 2026 so far. All of 2026. And then now I'm launching my new coaching program. So now it's official, you can see it on the website, it's there for purchase. If you want to have a conversation, obviously we would be talking in like mid-June to discuss the parameters of it, but it is a 1-year program And the key ingredients of the coaching program— there are tangible, there's tangible services in the form of credits, and then there's intangible which is obvious when it comes to coaching. Coaching is an intangible service that produces tangible results, whether it's debt freedom, financial freedom, financial independence, more savings, more investing, typically around money, especially if we're talking financial coaching, which is what I do primarily. So this coaching program is $4,000 if you pay in full. If you break it up into payments, it's $4,500. And there's different ways that you can make payments. People can do a 6-month payment plan, 12-month payment plan. It can go all the way up to like almost 2 years long in terms of a payment plan. To afford this program. Obviously, as you can see, I provide a discount if you pay in full the $4,000. If you have done any kind of paid work with me in the past, you attended a workshop, you came to— you did a one-on-one consultation with me that you paid for, you purchased any one of my courses in the past, anything that you spent money with me in the past, I use as a credit toward the cost of the program. So if you spent $1,000 with me already, then your price would be $3,000 if you pay in full, $3,500 if you break it up into payments. Okay, then there are additional credits that you get for this program that I will share my screen to show you the, the full breakdown and depending on your situation, it— there could be some variable, like some flexibility, just based off your situation at the time. And you'll, you'll, you'll see what I mean when I share with you my page here. If it could just load, that would be nice. Let me see why that is not the case. Let me open up Google real quick because for whatever reason Safari is always playing games on my website, but Google never gives me any issues. Okay, so go to my website, you're gonna see the new breakdown of my program. You'll see it under Work With Me, that tab right there, Work With Me. By the way, all my clients, if you've purchased any courses with me, you're, you're in a previous coaching program in the past, click this link right here so you can sign into your account. A lot of people don't know where that is. I used to— it used to be called login. Now I'm just labeling it clients so that it's even easier to find. Had that little issue there. So then you're going to see this right here and it'll take you to this page. Okay, so we're going to highlight the tangible services now, the tangible breakdown services in the form of credits. So now that I've been in business 8 years, this is something I'm like really excited about rolling out. We're gonna see, we're gonna see how it works. We'll see if this, if this matters to new clients that I'm working with. I already know with my existing clients this stuff matters. It's of importance. They ask me about it. Over the years I've made good relationships with ancillary one-off type services that you're gonna need when it comes to your finances, when you, when you start to build significant wealth, even when you're first starting out. So the first one is I provide a $400 credit toward filing your taxes on your W-2s, and it comes with a free tax strategy session. So you pay for my program, you invest the 4 grand, the 4 grand alone is paying for coaching me one-on-one and everything that I have to offer you and all the things that I will do for you one-on-one. So that's what, that's what that's paying for. Now the credit is me investing money back into you to say, hey, should you decide to enhance this relationship that we have from coaching-client, client to coach, coach to client. If you want to enhance this relationship, take it to the next level, you want to do more business together, then I'm gonna incentivize you to do business with me even more by saying, hey, 'Who does your taxes?' 'Don't have one, don't have a relationship with one.' 'Okay, I would like to help establish a relationship there, so I'm going to refer you to one of my tax referrals, and I'm going to pay $400 toward that service.' So whatever it costs, you're just going to get— you know, you pay for it, obviously, and and then I immediately credit you once that is paid. So that's how it would work. Like, for each service— I have it written out here in bold lettering— for each service being provided, you'll be immediately credited after the purchase you make within 24 to 48 hours. So I'm sending cash your way for certain tangible services like the tax filing. They're not going to invoice me, they're going to invoice you, and then I'll— once you pay it, it's official, it's confirmed, then I send you the credit. Another one is I'm giving a $540 credit toward establishing your revocable living trust, your will, your power of attorney, healthcare directive. You get all that set up. In addition, I'm going to provide 1-year coverage of identity theft protection, so I'm going to pay for a subscription service for 1 year on your family, not just you, but literally your, you, your spouse, your kids. And they're gonna have— you're gonna have identity theft protection for an entire year. It's an insurance product. That's really what it is. Insures your identity in case it gets stolen. So that right there is about $1,500 in credits when you make the $4,000 investment. And then there's all these other fun things that I got in here that I'm just playing with. This is all me, by the way. One recorded whiteboard session, free business planning idea development session, free life insurance planning session, free retirement planning session. Okay, and then the way it works is after one year of us working together, if you want to renew The credits won't apply because it's just one-time credits. After one year, you can renew my coaching program and coaching services for only $1,000 and get everything all over again, one-on-one for entire year. And then let's say you do that again, another $1,000. After 3 years, drops down to $500. After 4 years, you never pay me another buck again. And I am extremely confident the amount of money I'll save you with the strategies that we teach on this channel one-to-one, that this is a drop in the bucket. Really is really just a drop in the bucket. So that is the full breakdown. And when I was mentioning earlier about like tweaking, like for example, oh Denzel, I already have you know, a tax filing service. I don't, I don't want a credit toward that. Or maybe we discuss something else. So I'm, you know, I'm a little flexible with that. Like I said, it's a brand new thing that I'm rolling out. It's a brand new coaching service that, like I said, is available. You literally could sign up right now for it and, and you're good to go. Okay, second announcement. Our third announcement is a live event that I'm gonna be speaking at. The event is called Be The One, and it is June 5th through the 7th. So it's a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I don't know what day I'm speaking on yet. There are 3 ticket options. There's 2 in-person tickets, a VIP and a general, and then there's a livestream option. I know most of you that watch this channel do not live in the state of Florida, so for whatever reason, uh, the way the algorithm works, I show up in all these other states but my home state. But there are some of you that do live in South Florida or Florida generally. So if you want to take the drive down to South Florida, come hang out with me for 3 days. You literally can mastermind with me, ask questions, bring your numbers, and be able to just like have fun, work with me right on the spot. It wouldn't cost you anything. Other than the ticket and the cost to get there to the event. So that's something that I'm doing at this event that I'm attending and also speaking at, where we can work together for 3 days straight. And depending on how long you stay in the area, maybe we go to dinner, maybe lunch, grab coffee. Who knows? We can do something like that. Let me share with you the event itself. Here are the details of the event. Again, it's called Be The One: The Elevation Experience. It's being ran and hosted by this lady right here, Nancy Matthews. This is a full circle event for me, honestly. I met this woman over 10 years ago. Before I started YouTube. Her sister was someone who believed in me and basically paid for my ticket to show up to a 3-day event. I didn't have a car. I literally took the Tri-Rail to get to this event. And it used to be called something different. I don't remember the name of it, but this is a well-known woman, okay? And these are the speakers. That will be at this event. And there you go, I'm right there. And this is the two price points for ticket. You got standard $397, Go VIP is $497, so only an extra $100. And you get, you know, obviously better seating, access to guest speakers, priority access, probably early access. You know, you get the, get the VIP treatment. Extra $100. So I highly recommend the, the VIP option. And then, then if you can't make it, there is the livestream option. Okay, and, and let's read this sentence right here. We got price increasing on May 15th, so that's today. Didn't know that. So it looks like it'll go to that number, $697 or $597. Okay, so she's giving a massive discount. And then the livestream button right here takes you to this right here. Put your name in, all the info, and you can attend the livestream option. I'm going to drop this in the chat. For you all to check out. So you can add that on your tab as I'm speaking to you now. And let me share with you some fun things that I am doing. Now again, if you're already on my email list, then you've already been informed of this. So I'm gonna go back to my email so I give the correct information here. So I'm doing a raffle for anyone that purchased a ticket, whether you purchase the livestream option, which I think is $100, I'm doing a cash giveaway, just straight cash, $200 for 2 people. So $200, $200, 2 people. And anyone that purchases a ticket in person, whether it's general or VIP, we're gonna mastermind together. That's already valued at a few hundred dollars. Most people pay me $350 for my consultations, and that's 90 minutes. We're gonna spend 3 days together. So we'll have our one-on-one time, but we're also gonna spend 3 days together in person. How awesome would that be? Especially if you're a client, then this will just be fun for us to finally meet in person. Come down to South Florida. It's gonna be hot. June, it's gonna be a hot month. So you literally come to this event. You don't necessarily got to put on a suit or a whole thing. There's going to be people who are coming as they are, all right? Understand, South Florida is very, very cool, laid back, right? And because it's really, really hot, it's probably not gonna be a whole lot of people suited up, but we'll see. But you can wear your best fit. So again, Weather's gonna be amazing. Hot, yes. Humid if you're not used to it, but overall very sunny. Go to the beach after the event, have some fun. So if you purchase a ticket in person, you're getting not only entered into the raffle for the $200 giveaway, but we're also gonna mastermind together. We're gonna have one-on-one time together. Essentially, I just want to invest in your personal development. That's my biggest thing. I truly want to invest in people that are building their personal development, whether that's reading books, going to events. Give me one second. Let me show you something. This is why. Why I believe in events. So, so passionate about live events. This is like my badge of honor here. Let's see if I can hold it all. Alright, so what you're seeing right here is literally probably 100 live events that I've attended in the last 10 years of my career with, with YouTube, figuring things out. Live events. This represents over $100,000 in tickets. The cost of tickets, the cost of traveling, the cost— like, all of it. Over $100,000. Many of these events I was a speaker at, but the majority of these events I attended to grow myself. And over the years, I would keep the lanyard. I'm someone that didn't go to college. I didn't get a degree. So for me, that's my degree. That's my degree right there. I put in $100,000+ in my own personal development, and that helped me become the man I am today and confident on camera. Be able to speak with authenticity, with clarity, direction, and intention. And that produces the results that I desire in life, not only for me but for my clients, for you watching. So comment if you would like to hang out with me for 3 days. Literally, I'll be coming off of a sabbatical. I'm gonna be fired up. It's gonna be crazy. I'm gonna be fired up coming off this sabbatical. Can mastermind together for 3 days in South Florida. The weather's nice. We can break bread, we can pray, we can worship, we can study and learn, develop. We can make new relationships, new connections. Literally, the ticket is today. Either $397 or $497, go up to $697. You figure flights, maybe $1,500 bucks back and forth if you're flying direct first class American Airlines, uh, or JetBlue, probably between like $1,500 and $3,000. But if you do like, you know, Southwest, JetBlue, Spirit— well, I don't know, Spirit stopped, right? No more flights with Spirit. So it's just JetBlue, Southwest. All the business probably went to Southwest. You know, a couple hundred to $1,000-ish come down to South Florida, and then If you're gonna book hotels, I can hook you up. I can hook you up if you book a hotel. You let me know, you're like, Denzel, I'm serious, I'm gonna come to this event, can you get me a deal? I own with Hilton and I have like tons of points, so I could probably get you a deal. Like, if you— we— you give me the money and I sign you up. So I can book you the hotel through my account, and then you just stay there. So I can definitely get you a discount. I can definitely save you some money, and I'll give you the price. So that's a little advantage there to help you save some money. And like I said, you can make a little vacation out of it. You could fly in the day before, leave the day after, or 2 days after. You make a 3-5 day vacation out of it. You study, you learn, and have a little fun. Bring the fam, we'll take some photos together, and like I said, we'll have some fun. So let me know in the comments if like, hey, I'd like to do this with you, you're catching the recording, email me directly. If you're like, I'm serious about going to this event, if you need some help affording the event, trust me, I can help you. Do it if you're like, you're serious about coming. So this is the link to the event. Would love, would absolutely love to see a few of my clients there. If you live in South Florida, amazing opportunity for us to spend some time together. I only have a few clients, you know who you are, that live in South Florida. Would love to see you here. You, you know, this, this event will be impactful. I'm speaking at it. And I've attended this event before, more than 10 years ago, and I got tremendous value. So I know this lady Nancy and what she's doing has improved over the years. Let me read some comments here. Definitely sharing the speaking engagement. Didn't realize you're in Florida. I live in Central Florida. Glad you are taking some time to rest and reset, dude. Mike, if that's your name, come down South Florida if you can make it, June 5th to June 7th. If not, pay for the livestream, it's only $100. That'll enter you into the raffle. So if all you did was do the livestream, you spent $100, and then you win the raffle, you made $100. That's 100% return on your money. And God knows how much more money or value you get just from the event itself. Okay, it's going to be insane. Cruz, thank you. Congratulations on your accomplishments, success. God bless. Hope you enjoy your time off. Okay, well said. I watched that video about the false misrepresentation, Kable's channel, and commented. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Diane. Have a great sabbatical. See you second week in June. Yes, yes, yes. Our anniversary is next month, so I won't be able to attend. We're planning to go to Oregon. All right, all right. We're just, just missing each other, but that's okay. We'll get the live stream and check it out. Thank you very much. And for— should you decide, for everyone else, and you're catching the recording, if you purchase the livestream, you purchase an in-person ticket, please notify me. Please let me know as soon as you do that, because I'm going to stop the raffle the day before the event or the day of. So let's just say June 5th, I'm going to stop the raffle, and then I'll announce the winner after the event, because obviously I'm going to be busy. I'm on a sabbatical, so I'm just gonna— this is like my only little bit of work that I'll be doing, which is— it's not really work. I'm just gonna see the email come in. You're gonna be like, hey, I bought the ticket, and I'm just gonna— I probably could automate it, I'll figure out how to do it, but all I'm gonna do is just move it into a folder so that I don't miss it, and then I'll audit it, I'll double-check. After the event, June 8th, I will go live, more than likely either June 8th, June 9th, that, that second week of June for sure. I'll go live and I'll announce the cash giveaway winners for it. Okay, I'll, I'll announce that. So that'll be fun. I think what I'm also going to do, if you're not a client Let's do this. If you're not a client, because this— you, you already get this from me, but if you're not a client and you purchase an in-person ticket, either one, standard or VIP, and I'll throw in the live stream as well. If you do the live stream, then I'm going to give you a 1-hour session, one-to-one with me. That's a $350 value. So again, I am a big, big advocate for investing in your personal development. Huge advocate. So whether you purchase a livestream ticket, which is literally probably only $100— I'm not able to see it because it doesn't tell me like right there and then. You gotta like put your info in. So for anyone that is gonna get the livestream, maybe you could do it for me just by putting in your info real quick and then let me— letting me know how much does it cost. I want to say it's $97. Or $100, but it's probably $97. Then if you're not a client, you get a 1-hour session we valued at $350, literally going to put that money back in your pocket. You get into the raffle for the $200 giveaway. And then, and then if you purchase an in-person ticket, we're going to mastermind together depending on how many people from this, my client list, my YouTube channel, depending on how many people show up, I'll schedule like a dinner so we all hang out together. How cool is that? I did that before in the past. When I hosted my live event, we had a phenomenal after-dinner gathering at this Colombian restaurant, and I got to just see, like, family and friends, clients, just all together. It was a scene. It was so cool. So if this happens again, I'm going to have my little list together throughout my sabbatical. I'll take a peek. No work, but I'm going to take a peek, see who's signing up, who's showing up. And if there's like 5, 7, 10 people, whatever it is, One of the days I'll plan a dinner covered by yours truly. We'll break bread, we'll pray, we'll worship. We'll probably go to that Colombian restaurant again, or I'll probably pick a different spot. But you'll absolutely love that. That'll cement our relationship for sure. We'll go the distance. Anybody that's ever met me in person is a client today, lifetime client, or we've just done tremendous work together, and their success literally just goes up. There's just something about in-person connection and the accountability afterwards, because it's like every time we talk, you already know we've broken bread, we've prayed together, shook hands, hugged. And it's like, now it's like every time you go to call me, like, oh no, I gotta do the work because like he knows me. How many people do you think I really meet in person? I don't really meet that many of my clients in person unless they come to South Florida or I come to their state. Other than that, most of my clients, we never meet in person. It's something I would love to do, but you know, I built the virtual business on purpose so that I don't have to knock on doors, that I can serve people through this means. But I'm also not discounting the tremendous value of meeting in person. So awesome. It's such a blessing to be able to do that. So let me see here. It's $197 for the livestream. Okay, thank you. Let me, let me see something because I think, I think there's a code. Let me see something. Hold on, don't buy it just yet. Okay, put, put save 100, put save 100. Do that. I think that's the code. So Brenda, Mike, do me a favor and try that for me. Save $100, and that should work. Brings it down to them to the $97. And by the way, I don't know how long that discount will last. I'm assuming it's today. I'm not sure entirely, but do me a favor and try that out. Well, I'm gonna wait. I'm gonna wait, and then once I hear from Mike or Brenda, We'll pretty much close out from here because those are all of the announcements that I have for you. There's one more thing I'm flirting with. I don't know if I'm personally ready, but it's— I mean, it's something that I've done in the past, but only on a one-on-one basis, and it was part of my coaching program anyways. I am thinking about business, either business development, coaching, like social media maybe. It's not really structured, but it is like an additional thing that I've had some clients just ask me out of the blue, or it's something they were desiring where they're like, Denzel, I'd like to build a business like what you're doing in the finance space in, or in another industry, and I want you to coach me on that. So I will literally help them with their social media plan, their business planning, and then it takes the conversation from what I am normally doing with people, which is stewardship, cash flow efficiency, cash flow management, and a strategy, to making money. Making money. I usually, and for the last 8 years have stayed away from the making money topic because sometimes that can be like overhyped, a little oversold, certain things. So I've just kind of stayed in my lane. But I would say that's the only announcement that I'm, I'm working on for the next 8 years. We'll see where that, where that goes. Perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So we got Mike and Brenda, and then those catching the recording, the Save $100 seems to be working. If you're, you know, if it's still May 15th as you're watching, I'm— my bet is that it will still work. After May 15th, it looks like the prices are going up $100 for the general admission— no, it goes to $597 for standard admission after today, and then the VIP goes to $697 after today. I think if you purchase an in-person ticket today with the code SAVE100, it'll bring the standard down to $297 and the VIP down to $397. Okay, so you may want to jump on that, and then we'll figure out travel and hotel afterwards. Like I said, if you're coming down to South Florida, I know a lot of the hotels nearby where this event is at— it's, it's at a Marriott. If you stay at the hotel that the event is at, I won't be able to help you, but if you're willing to stay at a Hilton I have ownership with Hilton, I have a timeshare with them, and I have tons of points and I get discounts and all kinds of cool things. So I can book your hotel for you, you just pay me the cash, but it's going to be at a discounted price than what you would normally get that hotel for. Okay, with that being said, That is all I have. I hope the replays are available because I'll only really be able to tune in one day with all the travel. Excited to check it out. This year has been personal development, investment, and education. Love it. Good timing. I can find out sometimes the way certain events run is it is you, you pay for the live stream and some events will give you the recording afterwards, but it might take them some time, like usually a couple weeks. Depending on how they're live streaming it. If they're live streaming it via an unlisted YouTube video, then you would have immediate recording access afterwards. So I'll find out about that. And then there are certain events that I've attended virtually where you pay for a virtual ticket, but then they sell the recording for half what you pay for. It's usually like half what you pay, like another $97, something like that. So I will find that out. You can call me after you get offline, and then position do— I'm not at home. Talk to you for a minute. Yep, Brenda. Yep, I'll do that. I'll give you a call right now once we hop off here. Don't see any other questions. Thank you for your time today. God bless you again. Appreciate this. This ability for me to take a sabbatical. It's only possible with your support. Thank you to all my clients that have been patient. I tried to squeeze a lot of you before I went on the sabbatical. Some of you I do have to push when I come back. If it's— if there's any emergency whatsoever, you know you could just reach out, hit me up, let me know. Like I said, this sabbatical is not the focus on not working, although I'm not really going to be working. I'm going to be focusing on these, these things that I covered. But like I said, if there's an emergency or something like that, hit me up, send me a text, email me. If I see it, take a look. I can refer to someone on my team that can address that concern as good as I would, maybe even better. All right. God bless you. Thank you for your time again, and I will see you after my sabbatical. You'll see some recordings of me, but it won't be me. You'll see recordings of me that will come out, but I won't be live. And I can't wait to tell you all about it. I will do my best to document the sabbatical as well and do like a little summarized video of the sabbatical. All right, God bless you. Enjoy the rest of your evening, and we'll be talking soon. Bye now.
