Hello and welcome. My name is Denzel Rodriguez, your fellow kingdom citizen. And today I want to give you some information on login 2.0. What's going on, what's happening in March and future dates will be listed in the link below. In the description you can see all of the dates and times of our events that we have planned out for 2020. So today we're going to be focusing on March 2020 and what you need to have, what you need to bring to be best prepared for login 2.0, which is on March 20, Friday in the evening.
Okay?
I want you to be fully prepared, fully ready for what's about to occur in your life. Praise Jesus. Okay, in the name of Jesus, we are going to be talking about money, how to prepare for taxes, how to create wealth in the kingdom, and how to build a successful financial kingdom for God so that his glory may be spread throughout the earth genuinely. Okay, so with that being said, let's direct our attention to the board. I want to give you some practical tools, things that you need to do in advance before you show up and I'm going to question you myself. All right, so the first thing that we need to know as individuals when we're talking about money is how much do you make? What is your current monthly net income after taxes? Okay, net, what do you bring in? All right, even if you are commission based, income fluctuates. Take the number that you made last year, divide it by 12, your net, let's use that number, that'll be conservative. Okay, so if your income fluctuates, moves around all over the place, whatever it is, let's get a net conservative income that you make per month. If that's not you, your salary, your hourly, and you already know what you make on a 40 hour week, put that number net, take home after taxes, not gross. What do you make? Expenses. I need you to overestimate this, okay? You never know what's going to happen. So it's nice to have a, what I like to call buffer.
Right?
So I need to know, what do you make? I mean, what do you spend per month? This is everything. Your living expenses, household expenses, bills, debt payments, everything that leaves your checking accounto is an expense. Include the savings, include the investing. If you're not doing none of that, don't worry, just overestimate the number. So we're conservatively getting our net income on a monthly basis. We're getting our monthly expenses, but we're overestimating. And then we need to know the exact total number you have in debt, okay? And what I want you to do is list out each debt. So when you come to login 2.0, March 20, Friday evening, be ready. I want you to bring a nice sheet, clean sheet of paper, notes for note taking. And then I want you to have a sheet of paper or two that's fully filled out, full, fully laid out, going over these things right here. So debt, exact total amount, get that total number. But then what you're going to do is you're going to list out each debt, okay? So you're going to name it, you're going to name each debt. We want to know what the total balance owed is. We want to know what the interest rate is on that debt. And we want to know the monthly minimum payment, not what you're paying, maybe you're overpaying, but we want to know what the monthly minimum payment is.
Okay?
So name, balance owed, interest rate, the monthly minimum payment, right? And then the payoff time, right, so you can get the schedule. So if it's a mortgage, you got a 30 year mortgage. Find out what the maturity date of that mortgage, loan, student loan, whatever that debt is. Let's get the payoff date. Okay, so I'll put that payoff date the next thing. This is the most important number in your finances for all my kingdom citizens. If you do not know this number, you are lost financially, not spiritually. I'm only going to be questioning your finances in login 2.0. So what is your monthly cash flow? And I want you to underestimate this number. So again, be very conservative. Don't pick a number that you know you don't do.
Okay?
So I want you to underestimate this number of your cash flow. Now, what is cash flow? Some people genuinely do not know what that is and that's okay. So I'm going to tell you. Your cash flow is the amount of money that you have left over after each month, after all your bills are paid, after all your expenses, your debt payments and assets. If you don't have any, write some down that you would like to have.
Okay?
And lastly, I want you to come in and know why you're here. Right, coming to login. Why are you coming?
Right.
I want to know. You need to know why you're here. We're going to be talking about money. We're going to be talking about the kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven. We're going to be talking about how to create wealth, how to save money, how to tithe, like how to actually tithe right. I know oftentimes we just are told to tithe. But when you're in a hostile environment, when it comes to your money, you're making paycheck to paycheck. Or maybe you're negative. Each and every month, you're negative cash flow, you're drowning in debt. One does ask the question, well, how do I tithe? I know I need to tithe. I just don't know how. I'm in a terrible financial situation that I need to get out of. So how do I tithe? How do I save money? Financial hardship. How do I invest money in financial hardship? How do I get out of the financial hardship? We're going to talk about that at login 2.0. So I encourage you, your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your nephew, your cousin, your auntie, and your grandma and your grandpa, come over to login 2.0. Let's have some fun. Let's talk about God. Let's talk about the Monet. The M O N N E Y the Monet. We got to get this. All right, My name is Denzel Rodriguez, your fellow kingdom citizen. Have a wonderful day and God bless. The next thing that we need to do is you need to get your credit scores, all right? You are living in a modern, modern world, okay? Wake up. If you do not know what your credit scores are that is hurting you, I want you to grab all three credit scores. You can go on annualcreditreport.com I'll have a link. I'll even comment that information as well so that you don't miss it. AnnualCreditReport.com it's free one time a year. And you're going to get all the scores from TransUnion, right? Equifax, Experian. These are the three major credit bureaus, the three big ones, the big dogs. These credit bureaus right here tell you whether or not you are credit worthy to get a loan, a student loan, a home, a car, anything you can't afford, you got to go to these guys, okay? Unfortunately, you can't go to God for this. Not just yet. Not yet. You are living in the kingdom of the United States, okay? Kingdom of the U.S. a. And if you want to get to this guy right here financially, God. You want to get to God's kingdom, His way of doing money. You first need to understand the current environment that you physically live under. Not spiritually, okay? Spiritually, there is a different currency.
