A short YouTube commentary by Denzel Rodriguez arguing that whole life insurance is not an investment and warning viewers not to allocate excessive cash flow to life insurance policies. The speaker urges people to know their financial numbers (income, outflows, debts, remaining cash flow), to read policy terms, and to learn from others' mistakes. He also calls for Black and Hispanic communities to learn from other cultural groups, build networks, seek mentors/coaches, and prepare to participate in a major wealth transfer expected around 2025–2030 driven by AI and crypto.

Now provide a solution. Let's take it to the whiteboard. Let's figure this out together. We got to use our head. Like I always say in all my videos, you need to know your numbers. What's coming in, what's coming out, what's your total debt obligations and what's your remaining cash flow. When it's all said and done, you got to know your numbers. Understand that whole life is not an investment. Which means that if you're allocating more in percentage numbers, if you're allocating more money to life insurance than you are investments, that's a problem. That's a problem. Something's off with that. That does not make sense financially, right? If I have however much in cash flow, and you're essentially taking a massive portion of that cash flow, dumping it into multiple life insurance beyond what you can afford, I mean this. You're putting yourself in a negative position. It does not make sense. What are we doing? So you cannot look at whole life insurance as an investment because it is not an investment. It will not perform like an investment. You will be disappointed. Do not buy what you do not understand, please. And read the policy terms. Please, take your time. Ladies and gentlemen, let's learn from this case study. Let's learn from other people who've screwed up, who got bamboozled, who got taken advantage of. Let's learn from these mistakes. Black community, Hispanic community. We gotta wake up. We gotta wake up. We've gotta pay attention to what these other successful cultural communities are doing. We need to learn from them. We can't hate on these other cultures, like white people, Asians, Jewish. We can't be hating on these other cultures. We gotta learn from them. We gotta see how they operate. We need a network. We need to collaborate with these other cultures and see how are they operating. What's the framework? What's the process? So that we can participate in the greatest wealth transfer in history in this time, 2025, and compete in the marketplace and capture the trillions and trillions of dollars that are going to be created in, in the next five to 10 years in the AI space and the crypto space alone. We gotta. We gotta start using our head. We can't think with our hearts when it comes to money. We cannot inject emotions right off rip. We gotta have a standard. We have to have a framework. We have to have a process. We have to have systems. We have to have people that we build relationships with that we know like and trust. We need coaches, we need mentors, we need support so that we can participate and compete at the highest level. It.
