Technicians reflect on competing in and winning the 2023 John Deere Technician Awards. They talk about what the recognition means, how the competition pushed them, and the support they felt from the company and their peers.
So the colour of the.
Technicians this year is quite significant once again, absolutely fantastic.
I feel like the competition is very tight at the end of the day.
We'Re here to support customers and technicians, the front line in helping customers keep up and running.
The award is more of an acknowledgement to me.
It's nice to be acknowledged for all the hard work put in to get to be smart. I still can't quite believe that I managed to do it.
By being able to have the opportunity again to carry that title to hopefully do John Deere proud.
I didn't.
Actually think it was ever.
Going to happen but here I am, I won it. This award gives recognition for the hard work that we do day in, day out. This award's really going to help me with just feeling a bit more confident about my decisions and helps progress where I go sort of thing.
To know that you can try your heart out and people will recognise it's just, it's awesome.
