This is a YouTube video titled "204 Monitor Your Farm | John Deere Operations Center™" created in June 2024. The content is an instructional presentation explaining how to use the John Deere Operations Center for remote monitoring of farm equipment and fields. It covers features such as remote display access, equipment and field monitoring, alerts, and location history to help users manage farm operations efficiently. The video is a single-speaker tutorial without conversational elements.
The remote monitoring tools in Operations center can keep you connected to your equipment and fields even when you're away from the farm. In this video we will cover remote display access, equipment monitoring, field monitoring, and more. The map and Operations center is the most important view of the farm. This is where you will see an overview of your fields and equipment. Machines equipped with a 4G MTG will update their machine location on the mobile map every five seconds. You can see instantly whether you are a core, is working, idle or transporting. Remote Display Access, commonly referred to as rda, is your ultimate monitoring tool to make it feel like you're in the cab even when you can't physically be there. To initiate an RDA session, select the machine, then look for the RDA icon in the Machine card. In Web and Mobile, establishing an RDA session allows users to remotely see from a phone or webpage what is on the machine's display. Being able to remotely see exactly what the operator sees is game changing and makes communication much easier. Operations Center Web and mobile align to bring you your equipment data whenever you need it. You can check fuel and diesel exhaust fluid levels to make coordinating the fuel truck easier or review utilization data to understand exactly how a machine was used today or a given period of time. The Alerts tab lets you review machine alerts and diagnostic trouble codes remotely. You can use this information to quickly identify issues and prevent downtime. Each field on the map is color coded to indicate the last operation executed during tillage, seeding, application or harvest season. Select Field to access field information. Choose from Field Analyzer, Land Work Planner and Agrion Prescription Creator. Here you will see a progress bar to understand how much work has been completed in the field so far and and how much longer it will take you to complete and Below you can see current work totals and other details such as rates, moisture and varieties. To view the machine or machines working in this field, select the Equipment tab. The green pulsing light in the mobile app means that work is currently underway and the details are being updated every 30 seconds. Use location History to see where your equipment has been throughout the day. When you select a machine on the web, only location history since midnight for that machine will show with the highlight in a light green color. Other machine location history will be hidden. Slide the Slide Tool to pinpoint a specific time on mobile. After selecting the machine, only that machine's location history will be highlighted. You cannot use the Slide tool to pinpoint a specific time. There are many informational articles to help you as you use Operations Center. Navigate to the assistance menu and select Help Documentation. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team via the Contact Contact Support button. Thanks for watching.
