For example, engine hours and utilization reports can help you identify how many hours were accumulated on your equipment during a specific rental period or harvest season and how many of those hours were accumulated in each specific utilization state. To add a report, select the Add Add Report button located at the top of the Machine Reports page under your organization name. Next, name your report. Then use the report type dropdown to select your desired report category and use the Report Frequency dropdown to determine when and how often you would like your report generated. Please be aware that if you select a report frequency of one time, you will be asked to choose your desired report date range by default. The option to deliver scheduled reports by email to the selected organization will be checked. However, managing delivery of the report to specific staff members of your organization will need to be done within Notification Center. If you only want specific equipment to be included in your report rather than all the equipment in your organization. You are able to take advantage of the Make, Type, Model and Tag filters. These filters allow you to select only the specific equipment that is relevant to you or to the designated staff members that will receive and be able to view the report.
