John Deere's Adaptive Driveline Control system automatically adjusts power delivery in forestry machines to improve fuel efficiency and productivity on rough terrain. ADC reduces operator strain and maintains traction in challenging forest conditions.
Adaptive driveline control is a standard feature introduced in all John Deere Forestry CTL G series machines. This innovation improves driving experience and reduces fuel consumption and most importantly, increases productivity. John Deere Forestry machines have purpose built engines from our own factory. ADC is an automated driveline control system. ADC enables the operator to have the full use of the engine power and torque on a broader scale compared to conventional system. ADC is patented by John Deere. ADC benefits are the greatest when operating in a rough forest which has stumps, rocks and steep slopes. Here are a few when driving over obstacles when driving driving downhill with a full load Optimum RPM level Reduces noise level ADC benefits Smoother driving experience More power to the OPER through faster engine response.
