Craig Russell I'm the owner of Russell services in Meridian, Mississippi. I've been doing landscaping and lawn care for 20 years and past five years I've been doing it full time. I have about 75 residential, six commercials and offer irrigation, landscaping and just lawn maintenance. I was working out of town every week and I called my wife, I said look, I'm tired of working out of town, I'm finna quit my job. So she said okay. And at that time I was cutting yards part time. You know, I would come home on a Friday and cut through the weekend. So I just decided to go into it full time and it's with the help of Sun South John Deere. It's been amazing. I like the fact of running the John Deere because anytime you're down, which I haven't really had a big problem for moor wise, but maybe a belt. The guys at Sun South John Deere are so good at keeping you on the road cutting and you know, that's what I really like about a John Deere. And the guys at Sunsouth, they keep you cutting and that's important in my line of business.

Yeah. When Craig first came in, started looking at the mowers, he was a little bit cautious about it, been running a different brand. So he was concerned about trying something new and jumping into it. So we talked him into demoing a John Deere. After a while we got him talked into doing it and he liked it. We've been dealing with him ever since. He's in the store often, probably several times a week, getting weed eater, string, mixing oil or whatever he needs. We always make sure he's up and running. We've got demo machines or never stop loaners if we need them. And that's the way we do it. All of our commercial lawn care customers, we make sure that they're cutting grass. Sunshine's gotta cut some grass, don't you Craig?

That's right. And I appreciate that. Being able to purchase all your equipment, get all your equipment serviced is a big benefit for having sun south, you know, and it just makes everything easy. I can either drop off a trimmer if I'm having problems with a trimmer or need something from a trimmer or more. I can do it all at one shop, one stop shop.
