I am the golf superintendent here in Castellan del Bosco, in the middle of Tuscany. I'm so proud to be here with a big team of workers for a great project which is not only touristical, but even pure golf. For people that really love to play great golf because it's a wide and well built golf course. I work in a golf course, but it looks like that I'm working in the countryside.

Is that I was the black sheep of the family considering golf, because everybody was playing golf. And I decided to go out of golf and play soccer and make my own life away from the family. Now I spend more time on a.
Golf course than the five members of my family together.
To me, machinery, there's no excuses. They have to be perfect day by day.
And so I just can. With the good mechanic and good machines.
I can focus on workers, on details, on the golf course, on the way the workers are behaving, not with me, but with the turf, the way they respect what we are doing. And I can make the schedules that I know I can respect. Because when machinery are working, I know that I can do the job.
If you do things simple, it's more easy for you, for the people that work with you, and even for the grass. So use your culture, use your knowledge, but do things very, very simple. John Deere is following me in this feeling. Great machine, but simple, simple in the way I see them. I use them in the way I can put my hands on them. That helps everyday life.

The new machinery are so well done that I can really focus on other.
