Discover the Future: JOHN DEERE T5 |T6 multi-drum combine, harvest 50 t/h in comfort

This is a YouTube video titled "Discover the Future: JOHN DEERE T5 |T6 multi-drum combine, harvest 50 t/h in comfort" created in September 2024. The content is a detailed product presentation describing the features and technological advancements of the John Deere T5 and T6 walker combines, focusing on operator comfort, efficiency, and harvesting capabilities. It is a monologue-style presentation without multiple speakers or conversational elements.
The new T5 and T6 5 and 6 Walker combines provide an operator experience like no other. A spacious luxury cab brings premium car comfort to the field. Higher efficiency components deliver significant savings in fuel consumption and a new digital backbone supports powerful farm management insights. Sharing the same premium cab as the X9 combines, they offer a new level of operator comfort for a walker combine. Floor to ceiling glass provides excellent visibility of the header and feeder house. The Active Seat 2 is ventilated with an optional massage function absorbing 90% of vertical motion. It'll keep you relaxed through a long day's harvest. With the multifunction lever, you have the core controls at your fingertips. Individually program up to seven buttons to personalize your setup. The high definition G5 plus command center display has a super fast processor and allows you to display more information. There's a recommended choice of two high performance headers for maximum throughput in high yielding crops. The RDF Draper header delivers outstanding versatility. The heads first active feeding loads the combine efficiently and the grainsaver belts reduce shatter losses crops like rapeseed. Its flexible cutter bar hugs the ground making it ideal for small grain as well as crops such as peas and beans. Ground pressure is adjustable from the cab height sensors maintain the perfect stubble height for even combine loading. The XA Auger header is a multi crop passive feeding header with a large diameter auger. The table length can be adjusted from the cab and extends up to a massive 1200mm changeover between crops takes less than three minutes without the need for tools. The feeder house is the same width as the crop channel for high capacity harvesting. Equipped with a powerful slip clutch to handle tough or damp crops, it accelerates the crop mat towards the multi drum threshing and separate operating system. This exclusive system features a unique layout in which the crop passes through the threshing drum and over the top of an overshot beater and into the separating drum. There are no sharp changes in direction which preserves straw quality. The large threshing and separating drums create the biggest active separating area of any walker combine. Seven step walkers separate the final few grains and fluff the straw for taller, more open windrows and better bales. A booster bar can also be easily engaged at the front of the threshing cylinder. This increases the threshing action for crops such as barley without the need to install de awning plates which reduce the threshing area slope. Independent augers feed the grain evenly across the Diamond Dynaflo cleaning system. Its innovative aluminium frame allows for a larger sieve area with lower weight. The fan system provides a high volume of air, which is evenly distributed over the entire sieve. Apart from increasing throughput, it's also less sensitive to adjustments and easier to maximize the combine's capacity. As grain is transported to the tank. Sensors measure the yield and moisture content. Harvest Lab 3000 also measures measures the protein or oil content for better analysis. Increased grain tank capacity and higher unloading rates improve harvesting logistics. For harvesting on slopes, there's a choice of compensation systems. The standard combine performs to capacity and slopes up to 7%. A site hill kit increases that to 14% for hilly terrain. Hillmaster uses hydraulics to level one side of the machine and is available on all wheeled models for reducing losses on rolling hills. The T5 and T6 are now equipped with terrain settings automation from the S7 combines. When the combine starts moving uphill, the system automatically slows the cleaning fan and opens the chaffer and sieve to reduce losses on downhill slopes, the cleaning fan speed increases and the chaffer and sieve close to reduce the amount of chaff entering the grain tank. The T5 and T6 share the same adjustable spout as the X9 for easy trailer loading. They also share the same chopper rotor as the S7, running at a lower speed while still delivering superior chop quality, resulting in more efficient chopping. The counter knives can be adjusted from the cab and a crossbar can be engaged. With the need for tools, the new chopper and knife geometry allows for wider residue distribution with lower power consumption. Autoswap is another shared technology. This compensates for side winds and automatically changes direction at headlands. The new T5 and T6 name their proven performance, now featuring advanced technology, greater harvest efficiency and unparalleled comfort. Welcome to the new T5 and T6. The new driver Centric Combine.
