eAutoPowr transmssion from JOHN DEERE - less fuel consumption, higher pulling power

Sam from the Pitt family farm in Poland walks through the John Deere 8R410E with its eAutoPowr transmission. The tractor cuts fuel consumption while delivering higher pulling power, designed for farms running both crops and livestock.
Hello, welcome to the Pitt family farm. We own about 600 hectares of land. We've been using John Deere machinery for many years. We're in the Kryvian Pomeranian region of Poland in washing near Kurians. This is our latest purchase, a John Deere 8R410E autopower. Behind us we also have the 8R290 from the 8 family, two 6 series tractors, a 7R230 and the ancient 6610 which were quite centre about as it reminds us of when we were starting out. One part of our business is growing crops, the other is livestock production. We grow wheat and also corn, rapeseed and beets. We also grow pig fatteners in a semi closed cycle. Pigs are also kind of our own source of fertiliser. All manure from pigs is used in our fields for crop growing. Our latest purchase is The John Deere 8R410 with E autopower. We use it mostly for deep and shallow tillage. The tractor has a very high torque and the fuel consumption is low compared to a standard Autopower transmission. We have configured the tractor with 7, 10 tyres on the rear axle because we plough our fields for the winter so we couldn't have the bigger 900 tyres for deep tillage. We install dual wheels to increase its pulling power. We also have ballast weights for the rear axle to have more pulling power. Compared with the previous 8 Series models with a standard Autopower transmission, this tractor stands out with its fully automated mode. It also consumes 15% less fuel compared to tractors with a standard Autopower transmission. One of the key features of an E Autopower transmission is the Command Pro joystick. We use this joystick in every machine that works in the fields because it is much more comfortable than the buttons on the standard armrest. We can create a separate profile for each implement when we switch over, for example, from a disc cultivator to a stubble cultivator or the other way round. All we have to do is choose the right profile and all implement settings are ready and assigned. This is of course much more comfortable than doing the whole setup from scratch. We work with our local dealer, which is Agrochietz, which provides full service. The results of our 8R410 exceeded our expectations, not just in terms of operator comfort and experience during work, but also in regards to the performance. The transmission software is doing such a great job, which also my son has confirmed. Sam.
