My name is Jim Knowles. I'm the steel service technician for SunSouth in Auburn, Alabama. I've been employed with SunSouth now just a little over a year. A typical day for me here at SunSouth. I usually have a pretty good workload. You know, I do a wide range of things. You know, working estimates, repairing two cycle equipment, generators, pressure washers, mowers, unload trucks or load trucks. My favorite part of working at SunSouth is pretty much doing what I've spent most of my life doing. Working on small engines, two cycles and, you know, just many other different things. The people I'm around, meeting new customers, coming in and out, and the great staff we have support and everything we get from everybody when it's needed. Working with my co workers is great. Here at SunSouth, we all hitch in whenever we need to help each other do whatever needs to be done, no matter what we do. Joke can carry on from time to time, but we know when we really need to be serious and, you know, no joking and we get the job done.
