Equipped with a class-unique air compressor delivering 700 liters per minute, inflation and deflation times are up to 50% faster than other integrated systems available in the market. This delivers true versatility for demanding applications like slurry, muck, or fertilizer spreading with frequent and fast field-to-farm returns for refill. Our single line system uses SMART tire valves that require only one line for filling, deflating, and monitoring, meaning just one rotary union per axle hub instead of two. In comparison to dual line systems, this creates space for a larger, more durable rotary union with bigger seals and no risk of seal blowout even at very frequent use. The system uses uses easy-to-replace air lines which are pressure-free when the system is not in use. In case of a breakage, the tyre stays fully inflated until a replacement line is installed.
