With a variable rate application, you can precisely apply seeds, fertilizer or crop protection products according to the yield potential of individual zones in your fields, which ensures consistent growing conditions. The base for the usage of variable rate control is a prescription map of the field you want to cultivate in this video, we'll show you how to use a prescription map in your G5 plus display that was loaded to the display via USB or wirelessly. Before you start working, click on the Work Setup button in your shortcut bar. In the Work Setup overview, select the operation you want to apply the prescription map to. In the Edit operation pop up, click in the field Target Rate to choose the specific prescription map you want to add. Select the field rx.
