How To Assign A Basic License | John Deere AgLogic™

Aglogic is a work order management and logistics solution for your custom application fleet. Getting your tender drivers connected is an important part of the solution. The first thing that needs to be done is to purchase a new basic license. This can be done by talking to your local John Deere dealer. Once the license has been purchased and you are on the aglogic homepage, it will show up under the Licenses tab under Management. After the license is available, you will want to make sure that you capture the license number associated with it. We Next you will need to create a mobile user to assign the license to. You can do this by going to the Mobile User tab under Management and selecting the Add Mobile User link in the upper left hand corner. Now enter the mobile user's information. The username and password entered here will be the login information for the AgLogic tender app. After filling out the appropriate mobile user information, select Add License. Next, you'll enter the new license number that you captured earlier on the License tab, as well as the state in which it will be used and the date it expires. Then select Add to add this license to the user. Once this is complete, select Save to save this user's information. After you've successfully assigned the new license to a mobile user, the user will receive an email which contains their new username and password. Now now you will need to assign a piece of equipment meaning cell phone in this instance to that license as well. To complete this step, go to the Equipment tab and then the Mobile Device tab. Finally, select Create Mobile Device. Now on the left hand side you will enter the following location the location where you'd like the basic tender license to show up. License number the new license number that you previously registered with the mobile user Mobile number the number of the mobile device which the aglogic Tender app will be utilized and display Name the name you utilize to recognize that tender device. Now that a mobile user and mobile device have been assigned to the new aglogic Basic license, the user is ready to log into the John Deere aglogic Tender app on their mobile device. They will enter the same username and password used when creating the mobile user for this license and the phone number of their mobile device to login. Once logged in, the mobile user will be able to select the name of their tender and utilize the application. Thanks for watching.
