How To Assign An Advanced License | John Deere AgLogic™

Aglogic is a work order management and logistics solution for your custom application fleet. Getting your applicators connected is an important part of this solution. Today we will show you how to assign an advanced license to a mobile device. The advanced license is designed for use with dry, liquid or gas application equipment and can only be used on the aglogic mobile app. This license will be used by the applicator in the field. The first thing that needs to be done is to purchase an advanced license. This can be done by talking to your local John Deere dealer. Once the license has been purchased, it will show up under the Licenses tab under Management. The new license will not have an assigned mobile device just yet. One last thing that we will need before we begin is to download the John Deere AgLogic app on your iPad or tablet. Once downloaded, an organization administrator will need to sign into the new device with the proper organization credentials to connect a license. Next, we must select the location for this license under the drop down here so that we are able to see this location's licenses on the web application. When the administrator has logged on, it will then ask you to name this new device to make it easier to identify on the web application. You will then select the Activate button which will then prompt this message of activation success. Finally, you will select Done and then be prompted to select the operator and machine that will be utilizing this device. It should be noted that this operator can use this device on multiple machines. When the app loads, it will ask if it can use your location while using the app. You should always select Allow.
