This is a YouTube video titled "How to Edit Precision Ag Data in Field Analyzer | John Deere Operations™ Center" created on February 4, 2023. The content is an instructional tutorial explaining how to edit various types of agricultural operation data such as tillage, seeding, application, and harvest operations within the Field Analyzer tool of the John Deere Operations Center. It provides step-by-step guidance for users to accurately update and calibrate their field data to improve decision-making and data sharing.
Things don't always go as planned during a growing season. Keeping accurate records is vital to making better decisions, taking action from previous work, and sharing accurate data with trusted advisors. In this video, we will look at how you can edit past work in Field Analyzer so that you can put that data to work for your operation. Let's get started in Operations Center. Navigate to the Field Analyzer tool by selecting the Analyze drop down and selecting Field Analyzer. For our first example, we will show you how to edit a tillage operation. Select your desired field via the field drop down menu. Select your tillage operation and navigate towards the pencil icon to edit in the edit window, you are able to change the crop year. Next, if the area worked is inaccurate, you can easily enter in the correct area work value here. After your edits have been made, you may save your changes. In the next example, we will show you how to edit one or multiple varieties for a seeding operation. After selecting your desired field, select your seeding operation and navigate to the pencil icon. Once in the edit window, you may choose a variety from the list based on the seed products that have already been entered into Product Manager. After you have chosen the correct variety, save your changes. Next, we will show you how to edit a product or tank mix for an application operation. After selecting your desired field, select an application operation and navigate to the pencil icon. The edit window will preload the product or tank mix that was entered from the display. You may choose a product or tank mix from the list based on the products or tank mixes that have already been entered into Product Manager. If you don't see the correct tank mix in the list, you have the option to create a new product or tank mix by clicking on the plus icon to edit. After you've chosen the correct tank mix, save your changes. Lastly, we will show you how to post calibrate your harvest operation. After selecting your desired field, select a harvest operation and navigate to the pencil icon. You may choose to post calibrate your yield data by total dry yield or wet weight. Enter in the adjusted values determined by the method you are post calibrating by and save your changes. You can also post calibrate multiple machines at once. Select Edit Field and adjust the average dry yield of one or more machines that perform the harvest task. The goal with adjusting these values is to make the map look as uniform as possible and to provide accurate information to a partner or a trusted advisor. Auto adjust sets each machine to the field average. You also have the option to lock a machine if you know that one is correct and you want to adjust your other machines. Once the values have been adjusted, select Save Remember to allow time for the changes to take place across multiple applications in Operations Center Web and Operations Center Mobile. For all of these examples, thanks for watching.
