How To: Install SawHaul on John Deere Gator

Step-by-step guide to mounting a SawHaul chainsaw holder on a John Deere Gator. The installation covers the bracket, sleeve, and chainsaw securing process, designed to keep your saw protected while you're moving it around.
Hey, today I want to talk to you about installing the saw haul on a John Deere gator. And this is somewhat universal to mount to the, to the rops. So we're going to go through the quick installation steps. Very minimal tools required and pretty simple to install. So let's walk through the steps. First thing, your instructions are in the box, the installation instructions and then you're going to, you got all the parts and pieces for the installation. All right, so the first, first step is we're going to install the mounting bracket to the rops. So we've got two bolts and a lock nut. So we will install those. So we're going to install both bolts just hand tightened for the moment and then it gets a little tricky with the, the safety belt here, but we can work around that. Alright. So now that we've got it hand tightened, you can use a manual wrench or today I'm going to use an impact wrench just to make it a little bit easier. But we're going to have a 9:16 pull the backside. All right? All right, the next step is to install the sleeve. Just make sure that sits down good and seated well. Alright. And the last step is to install the chainsaw. So now it fits neatly in there so you don't have to worry about the, your bar being bent rolling around in the back of the, the UTV or the gator in this case or the, the chain being damaged. So if you're looking for an easy way to carry your chainsaw to prevent it from being damaged, check out the saw hall. Come see us at Sunsouth.
