Hi, everyone. My name is Jim. I'm a steel service technician for SunSouth in Auburn, Alabama. I'm here today to demonstrate the Stihl 2 in 1 chainsaw sharpener. This sharpener here has an arrow to show you which way to push the file. As you're sharpening, you got a file on each side, one to cut your depth gauge on your tooth and to start with, if you want to, you can take a marker and mark the tooth where you start. That way, when you complete the sharpening, you'll know which one you started on these guide bars here is to keep everything level where you'll sharpen every tooth the same. And you shouldn't have to make but about three to four passes on each tooth. Now we're sharpening the other side. 1, 2, 3, 4. The Stihl 2 in 1 sharpener is fairly simple and easy to use. Whenever your files wear out need to be changed, just unlock this lever. You can pull your files out, put your new ones back in, lock your latch back down, and finish.
