John Deere 3025E Tractor Overview

Here we are today, guys, talking about the 3025V tractor. We're going to go over a few of the safety features, operational features and the ease of use. We have Michelle here today. She's going to go over a few things. Michelle, have you ever been on a 3025V John Deere tractor before?

Never.

Okay. All right, great. Well, the first thing you want to notice is the comfort in the operator station. Plenty of foot room, nice comfortable seat. One thing we harp on is a twin touch foot pedal system for the hydrostatic transmission. You have a forward and you have a reverse pedal. Pretty easy, right? You want to give that a try, see how easy it is? Right, right, right. The next thing we use is a loader control for our front end loader. It's a single point lift control system with two functions. You have an up and a down for your boom and a tilt for your bucket. How does that feel?

Pretty easy?

Yeah? Yeah. Okay, great. And then here on your right hand side is your throttle control. Pretty simple, you know, up for higher RPMs, down for lower RPMs. Another feature that we like is our electronic PTO. Now this PTO of course, runs your PTO off the rear end. It's a push button switch. Give that a try, Michelle. Off and on. On the go. Stop. It doesn't matter.

So what is a pto?

A PTO is your power takeoff. Okay. That is going to control your power out of your back end, which is going to run your rotary cutter, a rotary tiller, or any implement that runs off that pto.

So you only have to have it on if you have an attachment on the back.

That is correct. That runs off that pto? Yes, ma'. Am.

So it's all the way on or all the way off?

That's right.

Okay.

It's electronic too, and you can turn it on or turn it off on the go. Stop. It doesn't matter which. Most our competitors, you have to stop the tractor before you can turn it on. Turn on the pto. Well, John Deere, you do not.

You just turn it on.

That is correct.

And what kind of implements can you.

Have with this tractor? It's a number of things. It's a good question. You know, one thing we sell a lot of with this tractor is box blades. We sell rotary cutters, we sell rotary tillers, post hole diggers. So really there's a number of different implements that you can use for this tractor. Another feature we like is our 12 volt battery charger system here. So you can hook your iPhone up or your Apple watch or whatever you have. Another feature is our single lever hitch control on your right side here. Raise that up and down. See how easy that is? Go back and forth. That just raises our three point hitch in the rear. All right, Michelle, a few more features that we have on this tractor is the transmission. So this hydrostatic transmission along with those twin touch foot pedals that we touched on is the high and the low feature. It has a high speed and a neutral position and a low speed. Low speed is going to be for heavy tillage applications. High speed is going to be for transportation or maybe fast loader applications. It also has a foot brake on your left hand side and you have a hand parking brake which is here, which is your orange knob there that you can pull and engage your parking brake. This tractor is also equipped with a four wheel drive. It's mechanical, which is engaged right there between your legs. It's that black handle. Pull it up to engage it and push it down to disengage. Of course this tractor also is equipped with headlights which is right here below your steering wheel. High, low beams. You have your flashers, you have blinkers and you have your actual instrument panel display modes which you can see right there above your steering wheel. Alright, Michelle, so what do you think?
