Hi guys, I'm stein Millan from C4C Civils. We are based in KwaZulu Natal in South Africa and most of our work is also done here on the coastline. Currently we are busy on the north coast here at North Point Industrial where we conducting some specialized civil work on a warehouse we busy building in the background. And the rest of our work and plants and machines are a little bit up north in the Midlands close to the Drakensberg. We currently got two 20 ton John Deere excavators the same as the one the background. We've acquired these machines last year March when the floods happened in Kozulu Natal in South Africa, down in the coastline. So we acquired the first machine for some emergency repair works that had to be done. And shortly after the second floods that heat in May we acquired the second machine to assist that machine. What we like about the new John Deere excavator is the JD Link system that comes with it. Obviously from a technology point of view it makes our lives much easier to see the output where the operator works, what he does for the whole day. Fuel consumption on this machine and rev outputs has also been quite impressive. Saved quite a lot of fuel since we've started with using these John Deere excavators and it's financially also had quite a big impact for us. John Deere were actually the only guys that could immediately give us a machine within one week after we've done payment. Since then we've also had very, very good service from them. Whether it's a breakdown on the machine or whether it's a part of. We've had one or two issues along the way but it's been resolved within a week. We've never ever had any downtime on the machine. So in terms of the extended warranty we knew that ours will be used up before the two year period though. We've made a decision for peace of mind in terms of the extended warranty to have that extended service from the supplier on all your major components. But up to date we've really got excellent service from them and they've always been there to help and assist us and it's, it's really been a good journey to, to walk with them if I can say it like that, especially being right on our doorstep where we are also based. And even if the plant is not close by, they almost always willingly to help us and assist with every single thing. So yeah, thank you for that.
