John Deere presents the redesigned cab for its ADT Accelerate equipment, highlighting new seatbelt options, safety monitoring systems, and seat comfort improvements for operators working in Africa and the Middle East.
So inside that cab, we've done a lot of things with safety. So whether it's the three inch wide comfort ride seat belt that we have, that actually lets a little bit of flex into that seat belt for those operators, or maybe the site that they're on may require a four point harness, we also have that as an option. And all of this can get paired even with a system that we have that's called seatbelt minder, which is a green beacon that's on the roof of the cabin. So that green beacon will illuminate when the operator has their seatbelt on. So even from across the job site, you can tell if your operators are wearing their seatbelt or not. Now that seatbelt minder is also tied back into OpsCenter, so you'll get a report. If you have operators that maybe aren't wearing their seatbelts, you can have a talk with them about the importance of that. So there's a ton of great features in there. You know, the seats, like Matt mentioned, they're now leather trimmed, high back, extremely comfortable seats, plenty of support, with all kinds of options built into that as well. So it really is a great place to spend your workday.
