Foreign I'm Ronnie Phillips. I started working at John Deere 37 years ago. It's been a great journey for me to work for a great company like John Deere. So I've had great moments of John Deere. I started at the primary section where we started cutting the material for the assembly plants. We did our assemblies for the implements in Nigels and then I worked in the tractor department assembly plant and later then in the assembly plant I became a mechanic. I do the final inspection and repair them and then later I did a practiceship tool jig and die maker of which I qualified in four years time. Then I worked as a tool jig and die maker in the tool room for a couple of years and then after that I moved into the manufacturing where I became foreman. I worked until 1996 is then when I moved into parts marketing and I've been in the Path marketing department since 1996. Coming to the awards evening tonight and I feel to be proud to be part of it because I was part of the guys who set up the exams and everything for the paths aspect of the year. Thank you John Deere for the great opportunities I've had with him.
