John Deere Africa | S700 Combine Harvester

This is a YouTube video titled "John Deere Africa | S700 Combine Harvester" created in October 2017. It features a detailed product presentation describing the features and technological advancements of the John Deere S700 combine harvester, focusing on ease of use, automation, comfort, and productivity enhancements for harvesting operations.
Welcome to the new S700 combine. We took the things you loved about the S600 combine and added more integrated automated technology features that improve ease of use and give you the most out of your combine. Before you begin, check out the redesigned Command Arm and Multi Function Control Leverage. Programmable buttons and shortcuts are comfortable and easy to use, making those long harvesting days easier than ever. The Multi Function Control lever also controls platform tilt, which lets you make easy fore and aft adjustments without leaving the calf. This can extend your harvest day by as much as an hour. Now check out the new 4600 Command center display with easy and intuitive harvest run screens. Shortcut buttons make it easy to navigate, you can easily swipe through a series of user defined run pages. And to customize your Enfield office even More, the new Gen 4 extended monitor works with your 4600 display to let you view two run pages at the same time and make adjustments right from the command arm. Having the control right at your fingertips of all your settings and machine functions will help keep you more comfortable during long harvesting days. Speaking of comfort, turn around and check out your grain tank. The seat swivels 15 degrees to the right, making it more comfortable. You can also swivel to the left to see the unloading auger, then give our new foot pegs a try. These will give you comfortable support on long harvesting days. Add more with active yield. It eliminates time consuming manual calibrations and replaces them with automated sensors that measure the change in weight as the tank fills so you can make decisions in real time without leaving the cap. More importantly, it gives you more accurate yield mapping. And to help ensure that you are getting clean grain in your tank with minimal loss, the S series offers the Dynaflo Plus Cleaning Chew. A larger sieve reduces tailings volumes by as much as 28%, and in shoe limiting conditions you get 10% more capacity in corn, 13% more in wheat and canola. That's one and a half acres per hour of added productivity. Our previous S series combines offered many productivity boosting options, but we've saved the best for last. Now you can even further improve grain quality and reduce losses with the new Combine Advisor package. As you know, conditions change often during harvest. Combine Advisor maintains the performance settings you choose, no matter the moisture or crop conditions. Active terrain Adjustment helps minimize grain loss and reduces tailings when harvesting on rolling terrain, so whether you're going uphill or downhill, the combine will maintain ground speed and minimize loss automatically. And seen is believing with the Activision cameras, which use cameras on the Clean Grain Elevator and Tailings elevator to help you see what's going on. A grain analysis feature shows what is clean grain versus foreign material. You will have confidence that the changes you or combine advisor made are improving the grain sample even on the go as conditions change. Whatever the conditions or the operator, the new S700 combines automatically give you consistent grain quality in a comfortable and easy to operate environment. Eliminating the need for manual calibrations gives you the confidence that your combine is compensated for changing conditions, even if you can't see them. You will get complete control over anything the harvest season throws at you, and now you're ready to harvest smarter.
