Unpredictable weather, different ripening times and changes in humidity all affect harvesting times. When conditions are right, you need to be able to go at a moment's notice and keep working until the job's done. That's why we created Harvest Promise. Harvest Promise is a comprehensive support package designed to maximize your combine's efficiency and uptime throughout the season. Your dealer stocks additional harvest parts and is open for extended hours. If parts are not available off the shelf, other dealers stock can be checked using our advanced computerized tools. Parts can even be ordered from one of our reaches, regional hubs or European Parts Distribution Centre, all with a proven promise to deliver 97% of orders within 24 hours. If for any reason your parts cannot be delivered within 24 hours, your participating dealer will provide you with an equivalent backup machine. There's no payment required or any complicated form filling. Harvest Promise is more than a comprehensive backup service. It also ensures dedicated harvest experts are available throughout the season to help you optimize your combine's performance even before the season starts. We'll provide professional driver training on setup and maintenance procedures so you're harvesting at maximum efficiency from day one. To qualify for Harvest Promise, all we ask is your combine undergoes our pre season expert check. This 180 point analysis includes a detailed technical diagnosis of all key components, updated every year based on customer feedback. It also includes a comprehensive report of your combine's condition. What's more, Harvest Promise covers any combine up to seven years old as long as it has had a pre season Expert check. Harvest Promise do more Guaranteed.
