Managing billing shouldn't slow you down. Today we're looking at the brand new billing section and one-tap PDF report inside the Operations Center mobile app built to make getting paid faster and simpler for contractors. Let's start with how things work today. Right now, most contractors still track their billing the old-fashioned way— a notebook or a paper ledger. They jot down the work completed, the amount paid, and whatever's still outstanding, and then share those numbers with the farmer by hand. It works, but it's slow, and it's easy to slip up. Manual calculations lead to errors and miscalculations. Notes get lost, figures don't match, and that back and forth can chip away at the trust between a contractor and their customer. Until now, the app could show work details, but billing still lived on paper. That changes today. The new billing section lets contractors record every amount right inside the app, tie each job to a specific customer and farm, and generate a clean, professional PDF report with a single tap. That report is easy to read and easy to share straight over WhatsApp or any platform, so contractors get paid faster and farmers see exactly what they're paying for. Full transparency, zero paperwork. So how do you use it? Open the Operations Center app and tap the Home tab. Scroll to your equipment and open it, then go to the Work tab and select the completed job. Tap Setup, and here's the important part. Assign a client name and a farm name so the work is linked to the right customer. Next, open the summary section and scroll to billing. Enter the total amount you are charging, and if any partial payment came in, add it under amount paid. Finally, tap the share button in the top right corner, wait a couple of seconds, and your PDF report is ready to send. Now, billing is financial data, so you're in control of who sees it. Open the app, tap Setup, then Teams, and choose the team member you want to manage. Tap Access, then Edit, and under Financial, set their access level. Remember, Level 2 lets a member view and edit financial data, So assign it carefully. Tap Save, and you're all set! That's how the new billing section turns hours of paperwork into a few quick taps, accurate records, professional reports, and complete control over your financial data.
