John Deere Operations Center: How to create a new prescription map

Tutorial on creating prescription maps in John Deere Operations Center using the Agrion Prescription Creator tool. Shows how to use Field Operation and Freeform zones to set prescription rates and products for agricultural fields.
In this video we will show you how to create a prescription map. Open Prescription Creator via Tools bar and select Prescription Creator by Agrion. You'll be asked to sign in with your My John Deere account details. After logging in, the Agrion Tools page will open. You can also open the Agrion Prescription Creator via the Field flag or Field Analyzer. Then all the field information is pre populated. If you've not selected a specific field yet, you can create new zones for a prescription map following these steps. First select your organization, choose your client farm and then your field. Select your field boundaries and then choose a layer. Now you have to select a prescription source. You can choose between Field Operation and Freeform zones. First we will show you how to create a prescription map by using Field Operation. Choose Field Operation. Now you should choose an event and either click Yield or Moisture. As soon as you click Next you can see for example your harvest map and the number of zones the system recommends you. In this bar you can change the breakpoint options based on this selection. The system will automatically adjust the rates for each zone. On the side you see the number of recommended zones, but you also have the option to choose your own number. After this step you have to click on Update Map and then the map will be adjusted according to your selection of zones. Once you click on Next, you see your different rates for each zone. You can now add a column. Here you can select the product you want to use. Only products loaded in your Operations center product list will appear here. Once you click on Add, you can adapt the distribution values for each zone. Confirm With Distribute, the system will automatically automatically calculate based on your starting and ending value the distribution rates for all zones. Once you click on Save, the system will confirm that your zone prescription was successfully saved. Now we will show you how to create a prescription map by using Freeform Zones. Choose Freeform Zones. Click on Next to see your selected field on the left. You have different tools to draw zones. In this example we will draw three different zones to give these three zones specific prescription rates. Click on Next and same as with Field Operation, you can now add a product which you want to use again. You can type in the value manually or let the system calculate it automatically. Once you click on Save, the system will confirm that your zone prescription was successfully saved. You can open the newly generated Agrion prescription maps via the toolbar by clicking on the Files button. To find out how you can send the file or this prescription map to the machine. Watch the next video how to send Files Sam.
