And what do you expect from our visit today? I expect to see some machines. Welcome to our John Deere Fabrique Horst. This is our visitor center which was opened in 2015. We have nearly 90 years of experience in the sprayer business. John Deere has three sprayer factories covering the worldwide market. Since 1997, we have built over 10,000 John Deere trailed and over 1,000 self propelled sprayers. Here in Horst, during the factory tour you will see the amazing amount of process steps, technology, people and complexity needed to produce such a high tech machine. Here you see a development team working on the launch of our new carbon fiber spray boom. This state of the art 3D computer aided design and modeling system allows mistakes to be eliminated before a sprayer is even built. The modular design of our sprayers allows us to build to order for each individual customer. John Deere's comprehensive factory testing exceeds all European safety and environmental requirements. Quality is a top priority, so you receive a machine you can rely on. Here we conduct extensive tests on every machine. First, we do a water test using a computerized patinator. Each sprayer is checked to guarantee perfect distribution of the spray liquid. After each stage of testing, the results are recorded using a tablet based quality control system. It gives us further proof of the manufacturing quality of every machine we build. Every sprayer trailed or self propelled is put through a black light test to detect even the smallest potential leaks. The final product audit includes 176 checkpoints designed to ensure that only sprayers of the highest possible quality leave our factory. Feedback is provided to our production teams driving the continuous improvement of our manufacturing quality. Here we are inspecting machines that have just returned from field testing. As part of the development process, John Deere runs multiple test machines in parallel in different locations across Europe and the world. When delivering innovative solutions to the market, close cooperation with our customers helps us to fulfill their needs while also meeting our own quality and durability goals. Now you have seen how we build quality into every sprayer as well as the hard work we put into constantly improving our products. So, how did you like the visit? It was very impressive to see how many parts and how much testing is needed to build such a quality product. Yes, it's all about sprayers.
