John Deere | T Series Combines - Walkaround

Here you can see our T series combine. It's the most powerful straw walker combine on the market. This combine got a multi drum concept with a unique crop flow. You can get two models with five walkers and two models with six walkers. Our John Deere combines got a very long feeder. Our multi coupler will connect the hydraulics and electronics at the same time and will also lock your head mechanically. Our powerful drive also delivers the full power in reverse. Each feeder house comes with a manual 4 aft tilt of your cutting platform. Here you can see our unique crop flow on our T series. On our new T series we increased the wrap angle underneath our threshing drum. That means now plus 7% separation area. Behind our threshing drum comes our stripper drum. That prevents wrapping around our threshing drum. After that comes our overshot beater. The material goes from the overshot beater into our separation drum and then underneath our rear beater. On our sprawl walkers 500 millimeter. That means less bending of the straw and a better separator grades underneath the rear beater. And we can change the position of our threshing unit via the feeder house. On our feeder house we increase the speed up to 3.6 meters per second. That means we can reduce our crop mat or the thickness of the crop mat. That means it is easier to thrash the material. Here in the front you can see our quick engage booster bar. We can engage it by the screw here. With this booster bar we can increase our stretching capacity. For example in crops such as barley where we have to de on our grain. The big advantage is that we don't lose any separation area and we can increase our threshing capacity up to 10%. Our main swashing drum got a diameter of 660mm and got 10 res bars with this design. This allows us to reduce our threshing speed up to 25% compared to a threshing drum with less raspars. That means with the same threshing capacity we can reduce our fuel consumption and we get a much better spork quality. On our T series it is very easy to do the crop conversion by switching from large grain to small grain. You just have to change the position of two levers to change the distance of our rear peter grate. You just have to change the position of this lever. The same we have to do for our separator grate by changing the position of this lever over here. The W and T series you can order with an optional dual speed threshing drum drive. This Allows you to harvest a wide range of different crops. The change can be easily done over here without any tools. You can see our new cleaning shoe Dynaflo. The new cleaning shoe is an aluminium steel construction. That means at the same rate we increased our sieve area by 41%. This gives us an industry leading total sieve area of 5.2 square meter on a five walker machine and 6.3 square meter on a six walker machine. Here you can see the concept of our new cleaning shoe Dynaflo Plus. In the front we start with our auger system. With the auger system, we can fill our cleaning shoe over the whole width. From there the material goes on our pre cleaner. In this area we already can clean up to 40% and reduce the load on our chafer. Also in this area we got two ventilated steps. From there the material goes on. Our Chafer X factory got two different sieve types. We got a standard and a high performance version. Also new on our cleaning shoe is our fan. With the new fan design, we increased the airflow by 36% together with our auger system. With our increased area and our Slopemaster system, we can work in slopes up to 7%. Our W&T series combines comes with two different chopper options. The fine cut chopper got 44 knives on our 5 walker machine and 52 knives on our 6 walker machine. If you need a shorter cut, you can get our extra fine cut chopper. The extra fine Cut Chopper got 80 knives on our 5 walker machine and 96 knives on our 6 walker machine. Our machine also comes with a dual speed drive. So by changing the position of this belt, we can reduce the speed of our chopper. For example, for the corn harvest, if we windrowing the straw, we got those windrowing rakes. And we can change the angle that the windrow fits perfect to the pickup of our baler. Another option is our hydraulically driven chef spreader. The chef spreader distributes the material that comes from the cleaning shoe over the whole. Working with now WNT series, our chopper got a new designed chopper housing that the material stays closer to the knife to improve our chopping quality. With this screw, we can change the position of our counter knives so we can increase or decrease our chopping quality. What we also can see on this side is this lever, which is lever we can switch between chopping and windrowing. Our chopper comes with two different types of knives. We can order it with smooth knives for less power requirements or with serrated knives for an increased shopping quality. On our Tailboard we can manually adjust our distribution width and we also can change our distribution direction. We also can order an electrical motor so we can do the adjustment from the cab. Our tailboard we can order with two different type of vanes. Short vanes for cutting platforms up to 7.5 meters. And for wider cutting platforms we got longer vanes for an even distribution. We also can install wind pedals for an even distribution. Also with widest heads. Here you can see our grouser bar. We can adjust our grouser bar in three different positions. If we move the grouser bar in, we keep the straw longer in the chopper. That means we can improve our dropping quality. Our new rear axle on our W and T series comes from our forwardshavester series. This new axle got a very high reliability and improved steering angle. This axle you can order in three different versions. We got the two wheel drive, the 4wd and the 4wd ready axle. Our four wheel drive axles comes now in with one single hydraulic motor in the center. On our four wheel drive axis we got a differential lock that locks the axle automatically if one tire starts to spin in the mud. If the machine is equipped with our prodrive transmission, we also got an anti slip reduction system on the machine. The system will measure the speed of the front axle and the speed of the rear axle and will deliver all the power to the axle that got more traction and will pull out the combine out of the wet spot. Our combines you can order with different transmissions. We got a three speed transmission and our automatic transmission prodrive. The prodrive transmission delivers you a higher torque over the whole speed range. It also comes with a differential lock for for tough and wet conditions. The Prodev transmission comes with an engine speed management to reduce our engine speed on the roads to save fuel. It is also possible to drive in the street with speeds up to 40 km an hour. Another unique feature on some of our models is our Hillmaster system. With the Hill master, we can compensate side slopes up to 15%. Together with our cleaning shoe, we can compensate side hills up to 22%. It will push the whole combine to the level position so the side hill won't influence our threshing system. At the same time, we can make sure to fill our grain tank always completely. And also the driver will sit in a leveled cabin to increase the comfort. Another feature are the tracks. With the tracks we can reduce our road transport width. On a 5 walker machine below 3.3. On a 6 walker machine and our S series below 3.5 meters. The tracks will increase the ground contact area, which means which means less compaction, higher traction. Another unique feature is that we can change between tracks and tires at any time.
