The content describes the specialized tractor features and the harvesting process including soil removal, cleaning, and sorting of flower bulbs. The video was created in May 2025.
My name is Rhein de Koestra. I'm working for the Kragmann company who is John Deere dealer in the Netherlands. The main reason that a lot of John Deere tractors are used in the flower bill area is because you can mount high rims for a good soil condition. It is a frame tractor specialized for the flower billups. In the front of the tractor there was a disc hydraulically driven to put the soil off the flower bullock. Then there is a knife under the flower bullock which will lift it up onto the harvesting mat where the soil will go through. And then at the back the flower bullock will go with the last of the soil on the sieve to get the last of the soil out. And then by the transport bend it will go to the trailer. Then the trailer will drive to the company, put the bullets into the bunker. And the bunker will put it through the washing machines to clean the bullets fully so they can be dried and sortated. After that there are some flower bullets which you cannot wash. And they will only be cleaned mechanically without water. The flower bullets are be sold all over the world.
