This is a YouTube video titled "John Deere | Women in Turf Program Returns in 2025 (16:9 cutdown 1)" featuring a speaker discussing the challenges of labor recruitment in the golf course industry, particularly focusing on encouraging diversity and participation in apprenticeships through the Women in Turf program. The content is a monologue or presentation rather than a conversation.

This is our third year hosting the Women in Turf program at the Cobhambrugger WebEx tournament. So in the golf course industry, labour is an issue, particularly recruiting young people to come and do apprenticeships. And they don't have to be young, but it's nice to have a diverse mix. The problem with our industry is that there's half the community that doesn't apply for our jobs thinking that they're not really applicable, and it's not true. So this program can only help.
