This is a YouTube video titled "John Deere | Women in Turf Program Returns in 2025 (16:9 cutdown 2)" featuring a conversation between two speakers discussing their experiences working outdoors in turf management, highlighting the enjoyment of nature and learning from peers across Australia. The content is from March 2025 and focuses on the Women in Turf program.

Working outside, you can plan your own day. Most of the time, you get to work among the wildlife and nature itself, and you see other people enjoy it and take pride in it as well when you achieve a really good result.
Meeting the other girls around Australia, listening to each other's experiences and learning about each other's courses or sporting grounds, I kind of gather my own little way of doing it from that.
