This is a YouTube video titled "John Deere | Women in Turf Program Returns in 2025 (16:9 cutdown 3)" containing a spoken segment from March 5, 2025. The speaker discusses the collaborative efforts and skills of participants in a turf-related program, highlighting the positive energy and mentorship among team members, especially senior females teaching others.

Each participant brings their own particular skill set. So what we try and do is we have a sort of crew of leading hands that bring them to each different spot, whether it's greens, mowing, it's he's holes, etc. We find the energy that all of the participants have brought over those three years has been amazing uplift for our team. As with other years, our senior females teach our own crew something along the way as well.
