Jamie, a service technician, and Travis Moster, a South Australian farmer, talk about their working relationship and how they keep equipment running. Trust and collaboration matter when you're depending on someone to keep your farm moving.
My name is Jamie. I'm a service technician for Emmett's and Roseworthy here in South Australia.
I'm Travis Moster from Freeling, South Australia. Crop here at Frilling District. We met Jamie through Emmett Cedar at Rosalie. They're coming out and servicing our headers. Over the years and especially the last couple years, she's been pivotal for us as business and doing our pre seasons and ye good relationship over the last few years and pretty easy going relationship. Put a lot of trust in Jamie and what she does and what can she achieve for us. So, yeah, lucky to have her.

Service tech's extremely important. We're very fortunate. We're 15 minutes away from Jamie, so within a phone call, within a half an hour, we have someone out in the paddock. So especially this year, it's critically important. Yeah. We're going to have a narrow wind when we're out in the paddock. We need to stay out there and get it done quickly.
Oh, yeah. Definitely learn a lot working with the farmers and talking to them. Yeah. Every year we'll go through what maybe you've picked up or what you want change for next year.
It's all that experience, isn't it? You're learning from each other. I think you can teach us a few things with efficiencies and operation and vice versa.
And we love tacks. I love Thompson and tacks too, so that's great.
