I'm Craig Bishop. I'm a field service technician at Otago Farm Machinery, Mosgiel.
My name's Shane Riley. I'm a contractor in East Otago and Greg's been with me for about three years now. Originally, when I spoke to Sean about wanting somebody to come out, I said to Sean, I want somebody that knows what they're doing and somebody that's good. He said, I've just got the perfect guy for you and hello.
Been stuck a few percent, haven't I?
We seem to enjoy working together, get the results, which is the main thing.
We always get there in the end.
It's part of the course. I think with Greg you need a good technician and for us, attractive. Not working is downtime, which is costing you money. I look after my tractors as though they were an important employee. You look after them and they'll look after you. Okay, well, thanks for coming, Greg. Good to see you again. And no doubt we'll see you again on the next job.
Yeah, no worries. It's always, always great coming out and seeing you.
Good stuff. Thanks, Greg. Cheers.
