I'm the parts manager of a John Deere dealer. Parts availability is crucial to my customers. Approximately 80% of parts are here in stock. Anything I don't have is available at the European Parts Distribution center in Borchstal in Germany.
Welcome at the European Parts Distribution Center. I'm Marjan Lewin. I'm the general supervisor for order scheduling and pic tuning. We have 105,000 square meters of storage space that's bigger than 12 stocker fields. Almost 300 part numbers are in stock. Some parts for older equipment are kept in stock for more than 30 years. John Deere's advanced inventory and tracking systems allows visibility of availability from friends to ensure most parts are in stock at your dealer. Anything that is not in stock here can be quickly expedited by our critical parts management.

Hello, I'm Steffen Bugle. I'm the team leader of the shipping department here. It just takes two hours from receiving an urgent order to shipping and we receive over 6,800 orders per day with a weight of approximately 500 tons per week.
