He had discovered by remote diagnosis that the hydraulic pump on my tractor was broken. As the pump was in stock, we arranged a repair for the next morning. The planned repair prevented unexpected downtime of the machine in the field. This event has shown me that the service provides some security for my operation and that my machines are ready when I need them.
