This is a YouTube video titled "Machine Sync - SPFH Corn | John Deere" created in January 2022. It features a demonstration and discussion between two speakers, including Hendrik Reuter, about the Machine Sync technology that automates and synchronizes forage harvesters and tractors during maize harvest to simplify workflow and reduce stress for operators.
The maize harvest is always a great challenge for forage harvesters and tractor drivers. Machinesync delivers a solution that automates both the speed and the positioning of the machines in relation to each other. Today we're visiting the contractor company Reuter in Wagenfeld. Hendrik Reuter is with me and he's going to show us today how machine Sink actually works on the Mach. The big advantage of Machine Sync is that it's easier for me to fill the tractor wagons because I have everything in my hand from here. For example, if there are trucks where the drivers can't see, for example, mining trucks or something else, it makes my work easier because I can steer the trucks from here to the left and to the right and back and forth. This makes it easier for me to fill the wagons. And here you can see the driver arriving. He's now driving to this position. Now you can see that the wagon has taken the position and the tractor is in tracking mode. This means that I'm now in control of the wagon. I can now move left and right, or forward and backward using these arrow buttons. Hey, Hendrik. And? How did it go? Hi, Eike. Yes, everything worked out fine. Our drivers are thrilled. Thanks to Machine Sync, it's a stress free working day. That's nice. Here we see it again. Thanks to Machinesync, the forage harvesters and tractors are synchronized, automated. And this really helps to simplify the workflow so that everyone can have a stressful free working day and go home feeling relaxed. Thank you very much, Hendrik, and we'll see you next time.
