Our team has been working with precision agriculture for over 20 years.

It's very important to us that our employees give customers advice and support. If customers have questions, they are welcome to come back for us to clarify any issues.
Specifically for newcomers, how do you make it easier for these customers to get started?

Our goal is to prepare as much as possible so the customer can easily get started. In precision farming, this includes new installation of machines and preparation of components, receivers and displays.
And what about our cloud application?
We also prepare everything for our customers in the operations center. We can even maintain the master data or help customers do so. It's important to us that they receive the best service tailored to their needs.
Great. Then you can start working quickly. And with the new technology in place now, how do you support customers throughout the year?
Close contact with customers is very important to us. They can always reach us during opening hours. And we also have the workshop emergency service.
And especially in the season when things get hectic. How can you reach your customers?
As you know, in agriculture, every second counts. We see ourselves as a team with the farmers and offer a 24 hour service.
Genius. Constant availability is absolutely not a given. But it's so important, especially in agriculture. So now when we have product news, new feature. How can you keep your customers updated then?
This is an important point. We regularly offer training for our customers, for example, the Autotrack guidance system or the operations center. So customers are always up to date. We also have a newsletter with all the news for customers in a compact form so that they can quickly read it while going from tractor to office.
Do you also offer an all round carefree package?
Yes, indeed. Our range of services is divided into three stages. The third level is the all round carefree package.
Let's go briefly into the field of agronomic support. What's it like?
We face the issues of the future and want to achieve the best result with our customers. Resource conservation is also important to us. The operations centre allows our customer to plan, work in a structured way and even save money in the end. To this end, we're working with Klefman Digital RS who produce biomass maps using satellite imagery. Farmers can use these to generate application maps which then help save fertilizer on the field and help with sustainable farming. This is the future of agriculture.
