Every deviation is recorded. For maximum precision, a second StarFire receiver is mounted on the implement. It measures the actual path driven by the machine and saves the real track for all subsequent steps. Every row spacing is perfectly maintained. Autopath Rows ensures that cultivators work precisely between the rows, as close as possible to the crop without the risk of touching it. Here is a practical example of a precision chain with Autopath Rows. Even before planting, the slurry tanker records exactly where the slurry strip has been deposited. The corn planter places the seed precisely on the slurry strip, allowing the roots to grow in it for maximum nutrient efficiency. The cultivator works the soil later and uses the actual track recorded thanks to Autopath Rows, and the forage harvester harvests along exactly the same rows.
