A John Deere dealer uses remote display access to help a farmer troubleshoot boundary measurement issues on a 6155R tractor. The technology lets them diagnose problems and schedule maintenance without being on-site.

Not long after we took delivery of the 6155R, we needed to understand a function on the tractor. We phoned the dealer who straight away connected to the remote display access. We were having a problem of measuring the boundary of a field to get the full acreage. After a short time, we realise the potential of the technology. With the machine, Neal schedules the maintenance and the care of the tractor, but also is able to monitor the tractor to make sure it works to its full potential.
